 + -1 moreReasonable price, good response time. Duane was a very nice serviceman. Called early morning, was told should have somebody out in morning, serviceman was there at about 1pm.
Description of Work: Had yard drain line stopped up, causing all sorts of problems draining in house. Knew from previous experience probably roots. By time plumber came, clog was cleared. Rooted line out as a precaution.

 + -1 moreDoug Turner Plumbing Company came right out and fixed our pipe that had a leak in our attic. They did a very good job, had it done fast, and were very professional. I am thankful that it didn't cost a thing as we had a warranty with our house. Their workers were quick to fix the problem and did not leave a mess for us to clean up.

The workers are professional, polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. It's always nice to have a good company on your side to use when you need their services.

 + -1 moreWe have used Doug in the past. Unless he is too busy, he is the only plumber we call. He is professional, polite, and he does excellent work. On this occasion, we had a back up in the bathroom. He used a snake tool and some light chemicals to clear. It did not take long to unplug the pipes, maybe twenty minutes. He also cleaned the bathroom floor before he left.
Description of Work: Doug Turner Plumbing cleared blockage from our plumbing pipes in the main bathroom on the lower level.
