Very well. Came on time. Repaired professionally. Invoiced. I did not rate on price because I do not know if $160/hr is cheap or not.

Sunday is never a good time to have plumbing problems, but Doug Turner made it less painful. On a previous occasion, I was able to take care of this problem myself. This time, the clog was further down the pipe, so I was unable to fix it. We called Doug Turner Plumbing. They gave us an estimated time of arrival, then called back and told us they would be able to arrive sooner. It was only an hour between our call and Damon's arrival. He was polite, professional, and explained what he was going to do. He covered the work area to protect our floor. After he cleared our drain, he cleaned up the little bit of mess that he made. He was in and out in less than an hour.

Everything went great, called them first thing in the morning. They had a technician available, and he was prompt, courteous and thorough. He got everything done, and made sure the problem was cleared including the main clean out to the sewer line.

Shane replaced the thermocoupler and cleaned the burner. He is always the consummate professional.

I had an issue with my water heater, I called the manufacturer who sent me a replacement part I needed overnight.. I got Doug Turner to come out the next day, Friday to install the part. After inspecting the water heater, he said there was a leak and that we could not just replace that part, that I needed a new water heater. I told him I was going to be out of town the following week and needed to get this resolved ASAP for my family, so get said he could give me a quote and have it installed that day. So U got the quote which I thought was very high, but needed to get this done because I did not want my family going without hot water until I got back. So I approved the installation. Today I looked at Home Depot and see the water heater they installed goes for 397 RETAIL. My water heater is in the garage, you could not get easier access to a water heater. They charged me 1111.63 and they charged me 113.56 to have another guy help the plumber lift it up on a 2 foot high pedestal. Today I called Home depot and explained where the water heater was and they said it would be about 550 - 600 to install a new water heater. So with the 600 installation and the 400 cost of that water heater I ended paying 600 MORE by going with these guys. So if you feel like getting ripped off like I did, please feel free to use them. Otherwise if you near a HomeDepot, and can wait a few days you can save yourself quite a bit of money. Philip

Note: I put a "B" for price because they are a bit higher priced than others. However, if I could give a rating for VALUE -- that would have been an "A++++". I don't mind paying a higher price when we have an experience like we did today. Damon was our plumber (Great guy!). Replacement of the under sink disposal went was planned. Impressed with the fact that he wore booties over his shoes AND had a mat to place down next to the sink to ensure there would be a minimal amount of mess left when he was finished. Had him take a look at our water heaters -- just to see what he thought of them. They are approximately 10 years old, but the last plumber I had out (about 12 months ago -- Arrow plumbing) said we would probably need to replace them in the next year or two and proceed to give me a hard sell for 20 minutes to purchase new heaters on the spot. I declined at that time and glad we did. I went up to the attic with Damon and he saw no major issues with the heaters and that he could not see any reason why I would need to replace them soon. He did let me know of new regulations that just went into effect regarding water heaters and that if I wanted to save a little extra $$, I should get them replaced soon. (was able to confirm this new regulation issue after he left). But, no hard sell. Scheduling was a breeze, but I had to work at the office today and requested a call 30 minutes before the plumber would arrive. I have not had much luck with this type of request in the past with other people we have had at the house (electrician, cable company, the other plumbing company we used, etc)... but today I was pleasantly surprised. Connie at the office called me and let me know when Damon was on his way. I made it home in exactly 30 minutes and Damon was at our door about 5 minutes after that. Perfect! As I said at the beginning, this company is a bit higher in price over others you will find -- but, that higher price comes with value I perceived and appreciated - the professionalism by these folks is top notch. Would overwhelmingly do business with them again. Kudos to y'all -- you have restored a bit of my optimism that "service" has not left the service industry.

Perfect!!! Installer was timely and professional. He explained in layman terms what he needed to do and he did it within an hour. All of this occurred before I went to work. I was only an hour late; didn't have to take the whole morning like I planned.

My very expensive Kohler kitchen water faucet was leaking. When Doug Turner's plumber, Denny came out he told me there is a lifetime warranty on parts for Kohler faucets. I did not have the paperwork on the faucet so I did not know the part # for the cartridge that needed to be replaced. Denny suggested I look on the Kohler website to get the model of the faucet. I did that that and then I called Kohler to order the part (free of charge). Denny listened to my conversation with the Kohler rep to answer their questions. He also told them to send o-rings along with the cartridge (which they were not going to do). When I received the part, I called Doug Tuner's office and Denny came out that afternoon to install the new cartridge.

Shane repaired the cracked 3/4" PVC supply line between street and sidewalk. I received a courtesy call that he could show up a little earlier than originally expected which was fine with me. He was able to quickly locate the underground leak and went right to work. He was amiable, courteous, efficient, and did a fine job. I will call them again the next time.

Doug Turner Plumbing replaced the broken toilet flange in the guest bathroom, and remounted the toilet, which I had removed.

We called Doug Turner Plumbing at 8:00 AM to schedule someone to replace an outside faucet and fix a leaking kitchen sink. We were pleasantly surprised when their plumber, Shane, arrived just thirty minutes later. Shane assessed the problems, explained what needed to be done, and told us how much it would cost for the repairs. He finished the work in a timely and professional manner, explained the company's warranty, and asked if we had any questions. We've used other plumbers before, but we've never been as satisfied as we were with Doug Turner Plumbing. We hope we don't need another plumber anytime soon, but if we do, we'll call them back

Doug Turner has worked for us many times. They are prompt, courteous, wear shoe booties, and have always done a great job! I highly recommend them.

We have used them several times in the past and it is usually on the weekend. The last time the kitchen and laundry backed up on a Sunday afternoon. They responded within 2 hours and quickly took care of the problem.

They did a good job. They were fast and efficient and charged a fair price.

They did a good job and did everything up to code. They cleaned up after themselves and explained to me how the new water heater works. I would use them again and actually I did have them come out to fix a faucet that was leaking a month after they put in the hot water heater.

They did a fine job both times I have used them. No complaints.

Technician was on time and performed the work as requested. He also found a flaw in previous plumbing not corrected by the home builder and corrected it for minimal cost. This company is reliable, up front about diagnosing the problem and submits a fair price for repair.

We have used them for all plumbing needs for many over 10 years. They have always responded quickly. The repairs have always been done satisfactorily and at an acceptable cost.

It went great. He fixed the problem in just a few minutes.

Plumber was polite but was disappointed in the pricing because the charges were not broken down on the invoice. Trip charge was supposed to be deducted but it was hard to tell.
