 + 0 moreDavid did a great job. He was very thorough and provided me with a very detailed 50+ page report. He checked every inch of the house, inside and out. He provided pictures of all issues that should be addressed and even marked the urgent issues. I would definitely recommend David for a future inspection.

 + 0 moreDid a great job with our pre-purchase home inspection. David was very thorough and answered any questions we had during the inspection. He spent several hours at the house looking at every part. He even spent a while in the attic in the summer heat checking the air handler, insulation, etc. Report was very detailed, and not only contained his findings, but information on code, standards, and recommendations for repairs is needed.

We provide assessment, design and specification preparation for renovations, repair, and new construction. Our expertise in buildings, real estate, & building systems is often requested when clients need to determine the cause and origin of a failure, determine how best to remedy the problem, develop estimates and contract documents or manage the process.
We do not perform repairs or provide construction services. In this way, our clients obtain a perfectly objective opinion as to whether the evidence reveals any need for repair or restoration.
