The moving guys were fantastic, but I was charged for an hour of drive time just for them to show up. Called the company to discuss it, and was told that she had told me about the charge for travel time. I was not. Had I known this, I would have gone with another provider whose service fee would have been much cheaper.

Everyone is quite skilled in their work. In packing the house, they were a well-oiled machine--quiet, efficient focused. My advise is be ready; they go fast. Unpacking was also like clockwork.
