After initially contacting the company I had to initiate all of the communication and this was after I had agreed to let them do the work. The company kept putting off or changing the scheduled work time for my job and then offered to work me in between jobs. This was not an emergency and they could have scheduled me for a definite time and stuck to it. I felt as if they did not need or appreciate my business. I would be reluctant to use them again.
Description of Work: Replace a broken 40'' X 44'' single-paned tinted window pane.

Very prompt, same day service.
Description of Work: I dropped by their location and ordered a new mirror for my bathroom. They cut it and installed it for me the same day. The installer did a good job mounting the large mirror (60 x 36 inches).
