Cambridge did a great job, from the selection process through installation. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Our new door looks great and is very well made. Also, they were able to key the lock to match our existing keys, plus they provided 8 new keys! This was our second door with Cambridge and we would definitely use them again.

The Cambridge crew did a great job painting and installing the door. They were very professional and courteous. We have been very happy with the quality of the door.

2 minutes ago- I gave Cambridge Doors A's because there weren't A+'s stars to award. Cambridge Doors was an excellent choice for our replacement front doors. Brittney was most helpful as she answered our questions and allowed us time to browse the amply stocked showroom. Installation by Will & Kennth was error free and performed timely and most professionally. Diana helped my wife select the hardware as they went through numerous options to suit my wife's expectations. In summary, after having the doors installed for several weeks we are more please than we had anticipated. The rock solid "thunk" when we set the deadbolts reassures us the house is safely protected. Our dollars were wisely spent at Cambridge Doors as these doors will last many, many years.

We used Cambridge Doors and Windows to replace a backdoor that would leak during heavy rain. I called Cambridge Doors and Windows to explain the issue with the old door and to get a quote to install a new door. The staff at Cambridge Doors and Windows were professional and easy to work with. They provided a quote and scheduled an appointment to send someone to our house to measure the backdoor. I was surprised that they were able to schedule the appointment for after 6pm on a weekday. I was even more surprised when the owner of Cambridge Doors and Windows arrived for the appointment. Mike was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions and concerns about replacing the backdoor. When the day came to install the door, Will and the team from Cambridge Doors and Windows arrived on time, did an outstanding job installing the door, and cleaned up all of the mess. The new backdoor looks great and we have not had any more issues with leaks. We had a big rainstorm a few days after the door was installed. It rained hard directly on the door and we did not have any issues with leaks at all. I highly recommend Cambridge Doors and Windows and I plan to use them again for any future door or window projects.

We ordered a custom 8ft storm door with an XL doggy door installed for our Great Dane. The team at Cambridge were excellent in helping us find the right door and options to suit our needs. At first I was worried the door wouldn't insulate well like you see with those cheap storm doors you find at home improvement stores, but we couldn't be happier with the door Cambridge installed for us. We've had it for about three months now, and have had no issues with heating or cooling in our house while leaving the back door open. The storm door has very high quality construction.

Cambridge did a fantastic job on our front door. Very easy to work with and quality work. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and customer oriented. We had one snag with the hardware on our door - the handle broke after installation, but before the job was complete. Their guys got us a completely new handle and re-installed without any issues. We could not be happier with our experience and I love our front door.

I cannot say enough on the fantastic work Mike's team did replacing our front door, the exit door to our garage, and installing a storm door leading out to our back patio. My husband and I are so impressed with the beautiful work (and my hubby is a perfectionist). The original doors never looked so good! But more important, they are so much more secure than the builders grade doors. I would recommend Cambridge Doors and Windows to anyone wanting to upgrade their doors!

Cambridge Doors and Windows did an excellent job of helping us choose the most suitable windows for our home and the install was done very well. Install methods can change from window to window depending on the material surrounding each window opening and Will went above and beyond to make sure that more difficult areas received extra attention. Will, lead installer, communicated with us every day as well. We love the new heavy duty extruded aluminum, double strength, double paned, low-e, thermal break windows. They look great from the outside and from the inside the view outside is stunning! The lo-e glass has a gorgeous tint that reduces glare and harshness from the inside on sunny days - it almost appears as if you are looking at a photograph when you look thru them from the inside. We have noticed a definite reduction in noise pollution in the house and we have been able to nudge our thermostat up! The job was finished in July and with the summer heat we were thrilled to find that we could adjust the temp up a bit! There is virtually no air flow around the windows and these windows were rated very highly for this. Mike, the owner, will tell you like it is which I appreciate and he followed with us after the job was done. I had previously used Cambridge for storm doors (beautiful dark bronze that match the new windows perfectly!) and highly recommend them. They did not rush the install which I appreciate as well. Mike told us "we don't try to be fast - we just do it right!". We had 22 windows installed, a storm door removed and replaced with a gorgeous tempered glass window (included outside frame up and weatherproofing), and had two side light windows replaced on either side of our front door with muted glass side lights which match the glass on our front door really well. I received three quotes total from different companies and chose Cambridge because the quality of the windows were excellent and I was pleased with my previous experience with them. They were not the cheapest quote but I wasn't looking for cheap...I was looking for quality windows that I likely will never have to replace again. I feel that is what I received. They will present all options to you and in the end I am very glad we chose the windows that we had installed.

Cambridge Doors provided me with a catalog to choose from. Unfortunately the first item I choose was no longer available. The second choice was available. I ordered the door and they provided.

I just had Mike out again today to measure our exterior garage door. We used Cambridge Doors & Windows, Inc. for our new doors and new windows. They were so easy to work with. Mike's expert opinions made the whole selection process so easy. Will and his helpers were expert installers. They made sure everything was done properly and cleaned up so well after themselves. We are completely pleased with our new doors and windows.

Contacted Mike in the middle of November to inform him of the loose Emtek door lever. Mike informed me a new assembly was ordered from Emtek and would schedule the installation once the new assembly arrived. William came by the first week of January and discovered Emtek supplied the incorrect mounting plate. William was able to provide a temporary fix and said he would return once Emtek supplied him the correct part. On February 19, William came by and changed out the failed components and now the lever is working like a charm. As William left, he told me to contact the office if there are any further issues with the door. Once again, I am very pleased with the level of service provided by Cambridge Doors & Windows.

William came by and was able to tighten a screw(s) to correct the very minor problem. Very much pleased with the service.

The process was simple, the owner Mike Stinson helped us select the best option for our house and kept cost within our budget. When the door was ready, installers arrived on time and completed the work. This was absolutely an easy process and we LOVE our new door, receive compliments all the time.

Decided to wait until a later date.

I have bought windows and doors from Mike for several homes over the last 20 plus years. Very responsive and professional. Cambridge carries top of the line products at a very fair price and the quality of their installations is second to none. Would highly recommend!

Mike put together the project, carefully and concisely explaining what will be done, offering options and presenting a clear description and cost in advance. Nothing unexpected, no surprises ! Diana coordinated from the office as required. And Will and his installation team were the best ! Will's workmanship is far and above the best I have seen. Overall, the job was done as advertised, in the time frame expected. I can say my experiences with Cambridge have been great !
