Advanced Pest Control has always worked with my schedule to schedule the services, they have a great support staff answering the phones and the staff that does the services at my house always show up on time and answer all my questions and concerns PLUS they remember past issues I have had with pest/insects and recheck for these past problems. I would recommend Advanced Pest Control to everyone with a 'A+" in all service related and cost factors.

We live in a pier and beam home and an animal had crawled up through the plumbing lines and died in between the walls of our home. The smell was horrific. We called countless exterminating companies and no one wanted to deal with or could recommend anyone to deal with an animal that was already dead and just suggested that we let nature run its course. Advanced came to our rescue, used a scope to cut small holes in the wall to locate the source or our problem and then cut a whole in the wall and removed what was estimated to have been a 15 lb opossum. This was clearly a situation that we would have paid a lot more to have taken care of and Advanced did not take advantage of our desperate state. We have since then used them to help capture a rat in our attic. Everyone on their staff is professional, courteous, and helpful.

The same person comes out every time, which I like. He is on time and friendly.

The man who came out called to see if I was available earlier than our scheduled appointment, which I was. He was courteous and professional. He told me what services their company could perform to trap and relocate the varmints in our yard. He also gave advice on doing the job ourselves. He also gave an estimate for quarterly insect control and advice on squirrel proofing our attic. I was impressed with the service overall and will use them for our pest control needs.

They do a good job, and I will continue to use them. Since I started using them, I haven't seen any bugs. If there are ever any issues, they take care of them right away.

We've used this company for years and consider them excellent. They're good about coming for reapplications as necessary. For instance, we had a problem with sugar ants recently and then came a second time. We only occasionally see any bugs.

THEY ARE PROMPT IN SERVICING THE LOCATIONS THEY ARE OBLIGATED TO SERVICE. PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE AND THEY ARE RESPONSIVE WHEN NEEDED QUICKLY.

EVERY EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN VERY EFFICIENT. SOME ARE EVEN VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PESTS AND THEIR CHARACTERISTICS. THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY, AND I ESPECIALLY LIKE DIANE.

ALWAYS ON TIME, ALWAYS POLITE, AND THEY DO A THOROUGH JOB.

I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES. AT ONE POINT WE HAD ANTS IN OUR HOUSE AND THEY KEPT COMING OUT UNTIL THEY WERE ALL GONE. ALSO, THEY CAME OUT REPEATEDLY TO TREAT FIRE ANT MOUNDS.
