Extreme Epoxy & Concrete Staining

I am going to refer to everyone! Metallics are so beautiful and custom I had so much fun trying to come up with a color! I'm Ecstatic!!!!

I'll start with, the floors are much better than what they were (with the original 1973 shag carpet). However, there are numerous noticeable areas (large areas) where they either ran out of sand paper when sanding the floors or didn't sand enough and didn't bother to fix before staining. These spots look AWFUL!! There was stain splashed up my walls, on baseboards, doors, toilets, etc. I asked before they left if they would be coming back to fix the floors (he even noticed it wasn't done correctly), as soon as I said they look a million times better than before, he then said ok, I'll have my mom contact you with possible solutions. I still have yet to hear a word (Job was done in August). I wouldn't recommend them unless they came back and fixed their errors at no additional charge.

Cindy was very responsive when I called. She quoted me a price that they stick to. The team showed up on time and got right to work. They worked fast and did an amazing job restraining the floor in one room.and removing old tile and staying. Another room. They also etched a gorgeous pattern into both floors. It's clear they have done a far superior job to the original work 10 yrs ago. They were done exactly when they said they would be and gave us advice on long term care and upkeep. I love my new floors. I would recommend them to anyone.
