Description of Work: 2/10/16, I paid $158.00 to get rid of my German roaches. He has come out 3 times and I still have them. I have a lot of things in my house and have asked him numerous timed if I needed to clear things out and he assured me it was not necessary. I called him the other day and he said the 3 month warranty was up, but he failed to get rid of them in the first place.. He says now someone must Be bringing them in. (ON THEIR SHOES OR SOMETHING) Really? Also NOW he says I have too much stuff to get everything. He wants me to pay him again to come out. If he is a professional he should have been able to get rid of them instead of blaming me.

Description of Work: Sprayed all foundation outside. Inside sprayed all junctions between slab and walls. Inside sprayed all potential entrance points around plumbing.

Description of Work: I called because wasps were invading my living room. They scheduled a service call promptly and were even able to arrive a little early. The nest was not in a visible location, but they stayed until there was evidence that the treatment had been effective. Because they had not seen the nest, they offered a reduced price with the promise to return if there were a recurrence of the problem. The treatment was successful, and I appreciate the courtesy as well as the effectiveness of their work.

Description of Work: Got rid of the roach problem left by the tenants who were in the house before I purchased it. Dennis did an excellent job. I have referred him to others

Description of Work: I had "critters" in my attic. We had a critter problem about three years ago and I used a different company. I was satisfied with their work, but decided to try someone different. This company is the best! They are quick and efficient. A follow-up visit to hunt down a nasty odor was included at no extra cost. Samples also does bug work, and I plan to work with them when my current contract expires. Dennis and Michelle are personable and easy to work with. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Description of Work: Had some critters in the attic, he came set traps and camera, made several trips and we no longer here the scratching. Great job, very likeable and professional service. Would use again and highly recommend to other people.
