Friendly advisers. Listened to what I wanted. Prompt delivery. Installation was on time and done very professionally.

Except for a scheduling snafu, everything went very well. Good job on the install, it looks great. Could have been better at communicating the schedules.

We did not used installation service from them, we just bought the materials, price were right, sale persons are wonderful, and very helpful. We used other Contractor to do the installation, bad mistake. We should used Viking Floor contractor.

I needed some repairs done to my buckling floors. I called and spoke to a very pleasant young man, Justin. He said that the regular technician was unavailable but that he could come, measure take pictures etc. and give the tech the information. He was able to come out the same day and I was very happy, thinking my days of tripping over the floor would soon be over. He said he would call me with a quote later. He didn't. I called the next morning and he said he hadn't done the quote yet but would call me with it that day. I am still waiting and it's been months. I figured if I had to chase them so hard for a quote they'd make me work even harder for service.

They were wonderful, punctual, really friendly, and the staff is very clean.

This is the first time I've ever spent money with a company without checking them out first, so this is my fault. I sent in a request for a measurement and received a prompt email telling me who would be in touch. I overlooked the short, mispelled, one liner that was sent, figuring they were busy. Should have been the first sign. The salesman came out and measured the house fairly quickly and we ended up going to the showroom the next day to pick out some carpet. The price seemed fair, so we pulled the trigger since they had everything in stock and could do it the following week. I was told I'd get a call first thing Monday scheduling an install. Monday come's around and they've already sent the Credit Card slip to the office, which promptly drafted the money from my account. I'm expecting a call any minute during the day to let me know when they are available. Nothing. At the end of the business day on Tuesday, I decide to call them to see if we can schedule something. It seemed as though I was waking someone up from a nap as they didn't seem pleased to speak to me. Anyway, we penciled something in for Friday, but they needed to call me back after they confirmed it. I was told I should get a call first thing on Wednesday. Wednesday come's and goes. End of the day again and nothing. I call them in to confirm that they can fit us in on Friday and they do confirm. I ask why I haven't been called, no explanation. A CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CHASE DOWN AN INSTALLATION DATE! The contractors arrive a little after the scheduled time on Friday and they get started. After they've started in a few of the rooms, they realized they didn't have enough carpet. Problem was, it was the end of the day and they couldn't get anymore until the following morning. Apparently, the salesman didn't measure correctly, or the warehouse didn't provide enough. Plenty of blame going around, but whatever. Now I had to go and move stuff back into the spaces we cleared out, then move it all over again. Fun. I can't be mad at the contractors, it's not their fault, they just do what they're paid for. Apparently, the warehouse was apathetic about them being shorted and having to inconvenience the customer. I called and left a message since it was after business hours yesterday requesting a call back. No one has bothered to call me back yet. I did find a few things the contractors broke/damaged, but they fixed the issue's, so I can't complain there. The contractors they used did a great job. Maybe what I spent wasn't much to them, but it was to me. The issue's I've had were customer service related issues, nothing that isn't out of their control. Not sure why this was such a headache and why they couldn't seem to care less. I'd recommend trying someone else unless these guys are the last flooring company on the planet.

Was able to get the refinish scheduled that week which was very helpful for our move-in. The team did a great job and the floor looks beautiful!

The guy wasn't very professional. The email was not capitalization and no heading of the company. He was my lowest quote but I didn't use them.

It went really well. I really liked Jordan and their showroom. He was very helpful and informative. He was very helpful in helping me choose what would be the best tiles for the place that we had. The actual tile layers were very clean and kept us informed of what all was going to be going on and how the work was going to happen. It was just a really good experience. We've already got them scheduled to do carpeting.

Everything was average. It was a very limited interaction. The only thing we didn't go with them it's because we checked out two other places and one of them is just really just outstanding and excellent in every possible category so I wouldn't probably go back to Viking because there's a better company out there but I don't say 'don't go there.'

They did a really nice job. The carpet have lasted. They did a good job of installing. I am very happy with them. The lady we talked to was informative about the different carpets. She helped us select a carpet that would fit right. She has a special pad that would absorb odors. We never had a problem with that. She suggested what we could use and we have been really happy with that. The installation was great. The quality was good and the carpet was worn really good. I was really happy with her. She was here on time. She finished right on the schedule that she gave.

The salesman was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job in the showroom and when he came to measure, he was very professional about it. He showed up on time, discussed everything and informed us that it was on back order but there shouldn't be any problem upon delivery. It all went smoothly. I would highly recommend them.

The experience went smoothly. The installers came the first day and pulled up the carpet in the gameroom. They already had all the measurements from the salesperson. They reinforced all the weak areas in the plywood and placed glue spending about two hours. Then they left and came back maybe the next day and glued and cut strips of the engineered wood that I chose. They started in the bedroom, small study and then the larger gameroom area. They were finished in about eight hours. The next day the carpet people came and finished the stairs in one hour. The installers worked quickly and expertly. They were friendly and polite. All in all a good experience,.and seven months later I am extremely happy with the quality product and workmanship.

This was one of 3 carpeting and hardwood flooring companies we received estimates from while researching replacing the flooring in our new home. They carry an extensive selection of wood flooring and had incredibly competitive pricing. However, their carpet selection wasn't as extensive and they didn't carry the chemical-free carpeting in the quality level we were wanting to purchase. We ended up going with a competitor, but would have definitely used Viking Carpet One had they carried the top-of-the-line carpets we were seeking. Very professional, very thorough and knowledgable.

They are really. They very fast and still did a great job. They have a lot of selections to choose from and their products have great quality. The installers were very nice and friendly. They are a smaller company and I really liked that. They do a lot of the custom homes in my area.

I was under tight time constraints due to tenants moving out and then in right away. Viking had the carpet I wanted and the laminate in house and was able to accommodate my timing needs. Everything went as planned and my tenants were able to move in on time. Their salesman and installers work as a team and I appreciated their efforts.

The showroom was beautiful and the people were really helpful. The price was fine. The guys that they contracted with to lay the flooring were top-notch guys. They were very efficient, clean and did a really nice job.

Viking Floor Of Conroe were wonderful to work with. They really got the job taken care of for us. The laminate floor really turned out nice and it is holding great. The tile was also was pleasant looking. Even though we had a hard time getting an exact type of tile, that experience was pleasant too. We got high quality work and products from these folks. They are very polite and helpful and the best part was the fair pricing.

Viking Floor of Conroe did a terrible job. This was an awful experience. The carpet has buckled up in a number of spots and looks bad. They have tried to remedy the problem by stretching it three or four times, but it hasn't helped. They are contacting the manufacturer to see what can be done. We made this as simple as possible for them and it just didn't get fixed. They have been cooperative, but that doesn't change the fact that we have to look at this mess.

Viking Floor Of Conroe did a great job on my flooring. They were very conscientious and made sure that we were satisfied with the flooring before they left. I felt that they were very kind and hard working people. I have not had any problems with the tile or the laminate coming up. I was very glad that I choose this company.

We had them install ceramic tile for us. They did our kitchen, breakfast room and our laundry room. The people were very professional. They have also installed new pads and carpet for us, plus took out the old carpets. They showed up when they said they were going to. And the finished on time. They are a good company.

This company did have a very nice showroom. They had very helpful salesmen. They were able to set up an appointment right away to get the carpet installed. The employees showed up on time and tore out the old carpet and disposed of it for me. They did a good quality job on my carpet and it looks great.

Viking Floor Enterprises laid laminate in three of my rooms. They let us know that the floor they were working on was not level and they needed to level it out before they were able to lay the laminate. They stated it was easy to see once they pulled up the carpet. It did cost a little more than quoted because of the floor not being level.

I LOVE MY NEW FLOORS! THE CREW DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB. THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL, EFFICIENT, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY AFTER THE JOB AND EVEN MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE BACK INTO PLACE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
