Description of Work: The electrician's name was Jerod. He replaced three ceiling light fixtures, two porch light fixtures, installed a CO2/smoke detector, and trouble shot, and fixed a non-functioning doorbell and overhead light. Everything was completed quickly and effectively. Jerod was professional, polite and friendly. If we need an electrician in the future, we will contact Veteran's again.

Description of Work: I wanted 3 electrical plugs replaced with GFI plugs and I wanted a ceiling fan replaced. First visit in December; plugs were replaced, left shortly after when returned found light over stove was not working, and next day found plug replaced near refrigerator was not working, Holiday Activity passed, came back in January, explained problem with lug and light, suggestion of wanting $125 to diagnose light problem, and defensive on why plug with receptacle did not work. Worked on plug and found wiring for other GFI plug had been done wrong, wiring corrected, and GFI plug near refrigerator replaced with regular plug, all the plugs and light now work. $150 for two hours electrical work resulted in three plugs being replaced, ceiling fan not replaced supposedly because it was not flush mount and up to code. I will not use this companies service again.

Description of Work: I have used this company many times and I am almost always satisfied with their work. When not satisfied, the owner makes it right. This time the work was great and I was very satisfied. As usual I changed the job scope when the tech arrived. He went with the flow and completed the job as agreed when he arrived and did a good job. I will continue to use this company.

Description of Work: Our house is 42 years old and there were repairs to be made and some things added for instance : Two outside lights were repaired; GFCL installed in master bath and outlet in back yard; replaced frogeye light in back yard; worked on kitchen circuity; install track light and switch in studio; installed 2 digital timers. |appointments were easy to arrange with a 2 hour time. They always called 20 minutes before they came. the service man , Brandon i think, was extremely polite. He made suggestions about the work deleting some ideas and adding some and then gave us an estimate. They called back in a few days to schedule the work. He was always cordial and pleasant. A couple of kinks occurred but they were taken care of quickly. I would definitely use Veteran Electric again and would recommend |this company to friends. |

Description of Work: They replaced several light fixtures for us, including a pendant chandelier. We've hired them in the past and they are now the only electricians I will call. They are very meticulous, courteous and professional.
