My Christmas lights looked perfect, I had a lot going on at the house that day and they were able to work around the contractors and put up the lights quickly. Everything looked very neat and was exceptionally done!

We were very pleased with Veteran Electric, from our first phone call with Jessica (courteous, friendly, thoughtful, and professional), to the quality of the work by Vincent. They called prior to arrival and did the work quickly yet carefully and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely use again for other work.

Was rescheduled once or twice but no big deal since this wasn't an emergency. Came out fixed the job quick. Would use again.

I had a few items that I needed done - Light change outs and faulty light fan. Although they couldn't fix and replace everything, they were able to at least tell me what my options were and could come back and complete the work. They were very prompt, called ahead as advertised and very professional. I didn't get to show other areas I needed done but I would have them come back for future work.

Was told by provider that they would discuss the cost of everything prior to work. Knew I would need more than the 2 hours to wrap tree and outline roof edge. They were to purchase lights and provide me estimate -- figured they knew the types of light that roof are outlined -- told them all white. when arrived asked what wanted -- explicitly told them wanted tree wrapped with two lower levels of branches wrapped light outlined. Explained difference between LED lights and normal -- told them would require LED lights. they left to purchase lights -- 1-1/2 hours later they call and state they can not find large white LED lights for house. I ask if able to get the small LED lights for tree -- so tell them get that and just wrap the tree as have already used almost two hours for unsuccessful shopping. Workers return and begin wrapping tree. Call me out to look -- lights are so far apart up trunk that would appear dark and they did not outline any branches. Told me that they would need to go purchase more lights. Off they go, come back and continue wrapping tree. Now they come and ask for extension cord and they talk about blowing a fuse. That is when I ask aren't they the LED lights so we wouldn't have that problem. They tell me know the small lights are not LED -- now tree is wrapped -- they run out of lights again and two branches are dark. Say no more shopping -- my husband comes home and goes to light the tree and the branches are not lighting up only the trunk! This has been terrible service. Getting ready to call and see if they will return to correct the problem of not lighting on branches! will update with more info -- Did find out this is the first year that the company is doing this. Wish I had known prior to purchasing this deal.

Exceptional! I originally purchased the exterior Christmas lighting installation package, but couldn't find the lights we needed. Jessica helped me track down retailers how stocked them on line! Clearly above and beyond! Unfortunately, we could not get the quantity we needed in time. They renegotiated with me to apply this deal to install under counter lighting. Vince and his brother-in law were friendly, professional and made the project seem effortless. They cleaned up behind themselves and left a great result - under counter lighting that looks amazing when lit but is not visible when off! Price included all parts and labor. Great job!

Vince and his team are very professional and committed to the important work they do. You have to see them in action as this is really an art and a science. From the many canned lights to the home surge protector Veteran Electric was on top of it until the job was complete and to my satisfaction. My first visit with Vince was about the job. This served as initial consult, which was extremely informative and very helpful with overall design and planning. Over the next 2 weeks Veteran Electric worked around my schedule and I am grateful to them for that. The work they do is top-notch. I highly recommend Vince and the team at Veteran Electric. I will definitely call Vince again for future projects. Most importantly, these are really good people who stand behind they great work they do! I felt like Vince and Veteran Electric sincerely cared about me as a customer and as a person with regards to this complex job. I have the utmost respect for the hard work these guys do! I felt that the work I needed done was not a good fit for the company. They were responsive and professional when I communicated with them.

Gentleman was on-time. Called before coming to the home with an ETA. He was professional, thorough, and did a fine job. If needed, I will use them again.

Brendan arrived on time and went right to work on our issues. He was polite and answered all my husband's questions.

I thought they were great. They were courteous and considerate. They didn't waste my time or my money. They did a good job and I am very pleased with them and their service. They did suprise me with two electricians who came out instead of one. It worked out just fine as they were able to complete the job much quicker.

I was initially agitated because they were running late (and I was having one of those days where nothing is going right), but then the owner called me and said he was headed out with two guys since the person initially scheduled was running behind. They were professional and courteous. They did a great job and I will use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others. I was very pleased with their service and knowledge.

Did not have a scheduled service date, but this was not the contractor's fault. I needed an electrician for an immediate need in my kitchen, plus a project in the master bath room. I was fortunate to resolve the immediate need. I have decided to postpone the project in the master bath. I did not schedule a service date with the contractor. I no longer need an electrician and prefer to have the Big Deal payment refunded.

I was so relieved to hear it wasn't a major, expensive problem, and they were straight up and honest with me on what needed to be done. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again for any other electrical issues.

They were great!! They came in with the best quote, but beyond that they were the only ones that felt they could run the line through the attic. (Others were suggesting conduit be run along the outside of the house; I was not excited about how that would look.) They were able to install the surge protectors during the same visit, saving me a fair amount of money. They were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the job they did. They even installed the car charger for me! This was not part of their quote, they did it because they wanted to ensure everything was working for me. It was a good thing they did because there was a problem with the charger that Vince was able to fix. I greatly appreciated their going above and beyond. I will certainly be using them again for my future electrical needs.

We have a surge protector for the whole house. They modified the breakup box and their price was awesome. We were given prices between 700 to 1500 and he did it for 350. He was wonderful and very thorough. I was asking some questions as to why certain lights were very dim in the house and he changed some configuration in the breaker, because they had too many things overloaded. He was able to figure out what was going wrong and didn't charge me anything to do it.

Veteran Electric was great. The guy that came out was really nice, very knowledgeable, seemed pretty trust worthy as well as the work was good. I like the ease of scheduling, they were very open. I plan to use them again.

BEST PROVIDER ON ANGIE'S LIST!!!!!!!!! This company gets my absolute highest rating ever! If I could give A+++ they would get it!!! When I called to schedule, the girl told me she would like to send Vince, the owner since we have a "special" situation going on. She was also extremely helpful in scheduling because I work nights. We scheduled the service and Vince came to my house to look at my situation. We just purchased our home and the fact that the electrical panel is not up to "code" was not addressed in the inspection. Not only is it not up to code, it is in a dangerous condition. Vince gave me a price to make it safe and to bring it up to code. I chose to make it safe for now and bring it up to code at a later date. He fixed it on the spot and let me know potential pitfalls before beginning the work. He was very quick and fixed it without any issues. He was very conscious of the fact that I needed to get to sleep so I could return to work that night. The price of the fix was 1/3 of what two other companies had quoted me over the phone. I will continue to use this company for every electrical issue I have. And any other I can talk Vince into fixing for me!!!! I am a customer for life, that is for sure. Thank you again Vince for your service to our country, for your honesty, and for being a breath of fresh air in electrical repair.

The guy was very helpful! He explained everything great! Not feasible with the electricity we have running through the house. I would use them again when the opportunity presents itself.

All around great job and excellent workmanship. The "B" rating is for some minor hiccups that were resolved promptly by Vince and his team. It would have been nice to have the breaker panel labeled...

They came and installed what I want. Few comments When I communicated with them, they never told me that two people will come where electrician cost $65 /hr, and journeyman cost $35/hr. But what they told me is their hourly charge is $65 an hour. They reached at 1 PM, went to home-depot to buy some stuffs, came back at 1.38 and started work. They finished work at 3.51 and billed me for 3 hrs. I paid check for $325 including what they purchased from home depot. (I did not get home-depot receipt). The master electrician was on phone for more than 30 minutes attending some other business calls. Yesterday when I checked attic, I noticed that two blocks of insulation they pulled out from wall/ ac duct area did not reattached. I was thinking that I am happy when they finished even I was not happy with the phone calls , now I feel that they are not professional. So what we agreed was, technician will come not for giving me an estimate, but to do the job on hourly basis regardless of time. Also, Technician was on phone, consulting other business clients most of the time. One more thing I missed in initial review is, when technician cut sheet rock, he put all the waste pieces, insulation tapes, and other stuffs through that hole. Also, I did not head any response from provider regarding why they did not installed the insulation back after finishing their Job. -------- Me: As we spoke over phone, I am ok with what ever time they take to finish the job. But technician must be able to do it tomorrow itself. I pay $65/hr for the time they spend. Since we say 12-2 pm, if the work take 3 hr, I believe technicians will finish the job. I had 4 outlets that were not working, it took some time to figure out that they were all tied into a GFI. The guys did great work, although they didn't hit the appointment time, Vince called and kept me informed on the whereabouts of his staff. This is a small company 4-5 guys, but I will be using them in the future to put in my on demand generator.

The primary goal of my work is to make living room and master bedroom much brighter. I'm really happy with their work. I really like their responsibility of the work.
