The actual work that was done was done really well and quickly. The electrician was very professional and the fan looks great. Just as an FYI, if they do not do the drywall repair if they have to make holes. This was not a problem for me, but you might want to arrange that in advance if you can't patch them up yourself. The problem I had was communication. I was never given a receipt or invoice. When the girl called, I think her name is Amanda, she just gave me a total. I asked her what it was for and she said the time and materials. I asked her what materials and she couldn't tell me. She seemed to get frustrated that I didn't just want to pay for something without a receipt or invoice. Her attitude could use some adjusting. The electrician who did the work called me later and explained what each charge was and told me he would send over and invoice. I received the invoice later that day. I thought they were going to call me back after I received the invoice, but I still haven't heard from them. I even tried to call a few times, but never could reach anyone. Again, the electrician was great and did a really good job. I just don't like the way they handled the invoice/receipt issue. I don't think I'll be using them again.

They were fine. They were very good. They came out on time and did the service very well. I didn't pay anything additional beyond the "Big Deal" I purchased.

Went great. Electrician called 30 minutes before he showed up, was here at my house well within the scheduled service window, and was very professional & efficient in everything he did. In addition to the work performed, we talked through a few other electrical challenges with my home, and he had good advice. Would definitely use this company again.

He did a great job. I even called him back to repair a doorbell. He was prompt and cleaned up after himself.

The electrician (NOT a veteran, by the way) was very slow, not especially careful, and sloppy. It took him four hours to complete the new fan plus changing the existing fan, and left a big mess (since he would have charged us for another hour to sweep up). In the end, the fans worked, though one of them is a little unbalanced. I would probably have been better sticking with a standard job-based quote.

We were having problems with a GFI electrical outlet in the garage. My electric vehicle would not charge when using the only outlet in the garage. The electrician they sent out found the problem, and replaced the GFI outlet, and got the car charging so fast! Then he also installed a new wall switch timer for a dusk to dawn front porch light. He was very professional, and amazingly fast. He was done in 45 minutes, and we didn't have anything left for him to do. Later, that night, the car's charger detected some kind of fault, and dropped out (stopped charging). This had happened before, but I was hoping that the new outlet would fix it. When we contacted the electrician, he wasn't familiar with electric vehicle chargers, but he said he would ask his "Master Electrician" to take a look at it. The Master Electrician came out, tracked down the problem to a faulty florescent light bulb, and solved the problem completely. We've been charging the car every night since, and we are so happy. We got the "Big Deal" for $159 for 2 hours of electrical work, and it was well worth it.

I bought a big deal for this service. The problem with them is that it was extremely hard to schedule with them and to get them to do what I want them to do for the agreed price. They told me if their technician had to leave and get any parts it was going to cost me extra because the two hours that I was paying for included if he has to leave and get something. My answer to them was that I was giving them an exact description of the job that needs to be done as written on my home inspection, so they should know all the parts -- they are after all certified master electricians -- they should know all the parts they need to bring and it is not a complicated job. It took quite a lot of wrangling to get them over here and make sure they had all the parts with them. Once they did get here and did have all the parts they did a good job.

The tech came on time and did the work as promised! All in the kitchen and breakfast room and he did a couple of difficult outlets in the living room as well.

My husband purchased the $150 deal for two hours of electrician services from Angie's list. The company was supposed to call to set up an appointment with us, but didn't. My husband tried reaching to them through Angie's list messaging and then he finally had to call them to schedule a time to come out to our house. My husband said the lady who answered was rude and completely lacked any customer service. She seemed to be more concerned about telling my husband exactly how the coupon worked and didn't work which my husband understood. He just wanted to set up an appointment since we had already paid for the deal. Thank goodness the electrician was actually a really nice guy. He actually got to our house earlier than scheduled and was extremely nice and professional. He's a sub-contractor from Louisiana, so I'm not sure we would get him in the future should we need any more electrical work, so I'm not sure that we would use this particular company, again. The deal was a good deal though. We got quite a bit done for $150.00.

Technician arrived on time and was courteous. Work was completed in less than two hours but not by much. Owner had been given instructions on where to place receptacle and also owner already knew where to place receptacle because he had done same job in another house. Technician doing work was not owner, and the receptacle was not located properly. Technician was even advised to look at job in other house which was right next door. He did not take advice. The receptacle is for a stackable washer/dryer where the dryer is on top. The technician located the receptacle about 18" from the floor. At that location you cannot plug the dryer in, then slid the units into place. There is no service loop. The receptacle needs to be located directly behind the dryer on the wall. Technician did run into a routing issue which he told me about (over the phone) and he provided an option to which I agreed and he completed the job. Job area was clean when he completed the job and the technician informed me that he had completed the job. Once I reviewed the job site and saw the receptacle location I called the owner and he has agreed to move the receptacle. This vendor has performed many jobs for me and his pricing is competitive and the work is normally very good and the owner fixes mistakes made by his crews. When the owner does the work there is not need for rework. Hopefully this vendor will get technicians that perform as well as he does and he will be an excellent service provider.

The two gentlemen were very nice and did a good job installing the chandelier. They also helped to clean out the working area after the work was done. The only drawback was the owner charged more than promised. I was told 125 for one hour and 100 for additional hour. It took a little over 1 hour and I got 300 bill.

Very fast and efficient. I called this company around 1pm today and the receptionist said she could get someone to come out today and give a free estimate. She said they charged $85 for the first hour and $65/hr after that so if I wanted the tech to just fix it today they could do that. The owner Vince came 2 hours later and rewired an GFCI outlet in our guest bathroom. He then reset the other 3 protected outlets and made sure all 4 protected outlets outside and inside were working before he left. He finished everything within 30 minutes. Such a quick turnaround. I am very happy with the results. I asked for a cost estimate before Vince started and he did all the work within the hour like he indicated before he started. I also used their 5% coupon. I would call this company again for future electrical problems.
