From the very start they were nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I found the coupon on Angie's List for $1300 full replacement of the panel. I contacted the office with questions and a professional called me back within 30 minutes to answer all my questions and quoted me for replacing the panel and upgrading from 100amp to 200amp. We were in a tight bind to get the panel replaced ASAP and they were able to fit us in the very next Monday. Come Monday, they gave me a courtesy call to let me know CenterPoint would be cutting off the electricity. The team was extremely punctual (even showed up before CenterPoint!) and got to work after going over everything they would be doing. Considering the panel was probably installed when the house was built (1960) it took a while to replace everything and find the right breakers throughout this electrical maze of a house, but it was SO worth it and Veteran Electric didn't charge me anything extra for the additional time. They were AWESOME! I would absolutely recommend them to friends and use the again in the future!

The person who took my call on a Monday morning, was cheerful and extremely helpful. She made an appointment for later that week and took my name in case they could find an earlier appointment (important because of a special needs situation in our family). Within an hour I received a call that an electrician could come that day. Two electricians came soon after their call. They were in our house less than an hour, repairing the plug and restoring power to the area of difficulty. They were polite, pleasant and efficient. We've definitely found a quality electrical company!!!

Very nice team with the owner and his associate Doc They talked through the work to be done, measured carefully, listened to our direction and also provided good guidance. They made sure the can light matched the others. Very attentive to clean up.

Veterans electric Brendan is here helping with the basic problem of having a builder grade house that has a faulty gfi. Kudos for finding lots of other things wrong too and working on a plan to fix those in the future

It took awhile to schedule but the Electrician showed up on time. Work was done efficiently but I do wish he would have cleaned up the drywall dust where he had cut some new holes. Still that was minor and he did good work

One of the fans installed was shaking a lot when on high speed, the person who installed it initially revisited and said it was a fault in the fan. I asked them to give that in writing so they sent another person (apparently more experienced) to check it, who managed to fix the problem. If I were to rate the initial two visits it would be 'fair' but the third visit deserves a good.

Overall the service was good I suppose. The technician was very nice and performed the work requested very quickly...so fast in fact that he had time to upsell the house surge protector and installed it. Unfortunately, about a day or 2 later, I was still having problems with my outlet tripping although he had replaced it. I never called the company to have them come and readdress so I will not bad mouth them on that.

Extremely professional and courteous. Was able to quickly troubleshoot my lighting problem and had experience to determine the initial wiring was flawed. Made quick repair. Also installed a vanity light. Was done with in an hour. Moved fast and saved me money. Won't use a handy-man for electrical work in the future. I'll call these guys. Very happy with the service

Veteran Electric mounted two security cameras I had purchased and already configured. They also ran the electrical AC wiring to each camera. Cameras (two) were mounted in the soffit of my second story home. Wiring for one camera was ran through the attic, wiring for the other was from a bedroom closest to the camera. My requirements were simple; I wanted a professional looking install without an eye soar on the exterior or interior of my house. I received exactly that and a little more. Its hard trusting service companies that are more after quick turn-around time than building quality relationships with clients. Fortunately for Veteran Electric, they appear to me more after building those customer relationships to gain repeat business. Veteran Electric treated my house as if it were their own, asking for my opinion on camera mounting locations and repositioning as needed. Vince walked me through the house showing me the work that was completed prior to payment. He offered to paint a cover plate installed to match the wall color if i had the paint available. Doc climbed the ladder a few hundred times to get the cameras mounted, secured, and pointed just right. He was diligent in the cleanup. Thank you gentlemen for the efforts, especially Doc! If I ever need any electrical work done in the future I will be calling veteran Electric back.

They were outstanding! Their price was reasonable. They were polite, courteous, and informative. Cant say enough about them!

I was provided an estimate of the inspection report services via email of $300 - $500. I was disappointed after it was completed that the work requested was at the higher end of the range ($500). I should have requested and clarified this in the beginning; however, I felt that $500 for the work was more than I expected. In the future, I will make sure the estimate is clear prior to work beginning.

Overall it went well, and all of my issues were repaired. There were some initial logistical problems with the employee who started the job. However, the company resolved their problems and the job was completed satisfactorily.

They showed up on time , were very professional and made sure everything was safe when they left. It was a pleasure to deal with these folks because they knew what they were doing and took care to do it right. Thanks again!

The electrician was very professional and knowledgeable. He probably would have had everything done very quickly if my husband was not asking so many electrical questions. But, since we are updated our 40 + yr. old home it is good to know what options we have for future work. The answers supplied by our electrician has helped us prioritize further electrical work.

Ray did an excellent job. He called for permission to come earlier than scheduled, worked quickly and went above and beyond the call of duty. We were not aware of the arcing outlet - he probably saved us a fire. We called and gave them a list; they quoted hourly rate and approximate time - and did it within the quote. We had gotten other quotes, most a lot higher. Also, they are veteran owned/operated, and my husband is a vet. That was a factor in choosing them, too. We prepped for the electrician, clearing things out of the way, etc. That saves time, but Ray was super efficient anyway. We would definitely use them again, and we will recommend them to everyone.

It went very well. This is the second time I used this company. They are always on time and do a good job. I bought the deal; $150 for 2 hours of labor. The technician finished in 3 hours and the $600 included the whole house surge protector ($299.00) and an extra hour of labor.

Everything was great from the office manager to the service techs. I initially contacted Veteran Electric about getting my outside breaker box replaced and they were able to do the job on Wednesday morning. Everyone was very courteous and professional with lots of communication to verify the appointment and letting me know again Wednesday morning when they would be arriving. I am very happy with their service and would not hesitate to use them again for anything else electrical. Great job all around!!

Purchased 2 hrs of electrical work for $150. 2 electricians come on time and did excellent job. They changed three existing flood light and replaced defective GFI. They finished work in less that an hr. Both were professional and nice. I will definitevly use this company again. They charged me additionally $37.88 for GFI, which I did not have.

The guys worked fast and hard; and were very efficient and friendly as they went about their business. Showed up on time and always ask what else is needed that they can work on to make sure you get a full hour's labor. I use these guys a lot! Always friendly and helpful.

I paid for additional time for some additional things that were needed. They didn't tell me about any cost for any material that I would have to pay for, so I had to pay money that I wasn't expecting to pay. I wasn't expecting to pay more other than the cost. They did a great job.

They had a good price, however, due to scheduling conflict, I did not use this company.

The first time they came out to my house, they did not install the fan, but they did fix the plug and security light issue. They did a excellent Job the second visit, they fixed my fan problem and save me about $120, I thought my fan was broken. It was not! The most Experian electrician looked at my bathroom fan and said it was fine; however, he could not understand why it was making that loud noise, so he trouble shoot and researched the problem. He later found, the painter had painted the external exhaust shut, so it caused the fan to make a loud noise. In the end he saved me money. GREAT JOB!!! With the money he save me, the job actually cost me $29, the best deal ever on Angie's list. This Electrician was both Excellent and Honest!!! I would use them again.
