Great First call established an appointment within s couple of days. Da of appointment Tech called to let us know he was on the way. Arrived as indicated - performed the work quickly and cleanly. Excellent job.

Two men came out and did a better job than we expected and gave us good advice on where to put the outlet. However they were a little expensive.

Called and told the representative what I needed and she called me back later to schedule the appointment. They were able to accommodate my schedule, which was very helpful. The day of the appointment the electrician called me to let me know that he was on his way and make sure I'd be there. He showed up on time, was very professional, and took care of everything that I wanted to have done. I even made the absolutely cardinal sin of leaving a workman in my home alone while I went to buy the correct light bulbs for the lights. He tested everything, wrote up my invoice. When I questioned why the Angie's List coupon wasn't applied, he asked for the coupon. I didn't have a print out and told him I'd discussed not having a way to print out, so the rep told me they would note it on my file. He applied the $20 off. Overall a very good experience and I will be calling them again for more work.

Called Trim Electric Inc because of their AngiesList.com listing, their rating and because I like to do business with my neighbors. They were able to work me in on the same day. The electrician actually called me earlier than our scheduled appointment because he was available earlier than expected. Michael was such a professional. He showed me the damaged GFCIs and fully explained what the damage was from. My repairs were done on the spot and in a short amount of time. While I hope to never need an electrician again, but if I do, I will definitely hire again.

Great. They respond quickly to a request for quote, and are quick to schedule the job. The workers are punctual, professional, and very courteous. They clean up after the job, and make sure that the work meets the specifications. This is the second time that we have used them, and they are a top notch service company. We highly recommend them!

They did everything in the estimate and charged us $200 less than the orginal estimate. They did good work and we will use them again.

He seemed like he knew what he was doing. There were two of them and they were really nice. He told me the price. They were very personable. They did their business and didn't dirty my house, they cleaned up everything, they took their shoes off and put these little booties on. I think their price was reasonable. I was very happy with them.

I called Trim Electric based on Angie's list. I checked their service area coverage which shows my address within their area of coverage based on the map in Angie's list. When I called to request service, they stated they do not service below I-10. I did not see this specified on their website and the service map on Angie's list clearly shows. Thus, my time was wasted calling a company that does not service my particular area.

From start to finish they were responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Everything was excellent. After they left my house, my electric went out. Though, it was the city who turned it off. When I called back (thinking it was them), the owner walked me through the whole process. I was very happy with the final cost.

No problems reaching the company and quickly getting a date & time for an estimate to be performed. They were on time for the estimate and in addition to doing exactly what we wanted, gave us some ideas for how to do things more cheaply and efficiently. We have not yet made a decision on whether to go ahead with the project but given the low-key, thoughtful, professional experience we had for the estimate, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We called on Thursday & did not hear back from them until Monday. Meanwhile we hired someone else. To be fair we called them without realizing that they are located in Spring & we are in Montrose.

Brittany set up an appointment for an estimate and he was on time and nice. I recieved the estimate the same day and was able to set the appointment for the following Friday. I was very satisfied with the service Trim provided. They were prompt and very professional. They even made sure to clean around the area they worked and took away any trash that resulted from their work. I was happy with service and price and will definitely use them for any other professional or personal electrical needs.

Everything was perfectly fine. They were professional and not at all pushy. It was a pleasant experience. We were just able to find a source that was more economically reasonable.

I the past, we really liked his services but most recently I have been disappointed. My biggest issue is he did not have anything on his truck to do the work. We wanted a certain color for the outlets but he did not even offer to get the right outlets for the job. We had to settle for what he had available. He laid out the outlets to install on the floor but he forgot a few. I caught some of the outlets that he did not install before he left but there is still one sitting on the floor at this time. I am not happy with the service and I will not use their services again. It always seemed like he was in a hurry to leave and he rushed to get out the door. It is all basic electrical supplies that he should have available on his truck and he admitted it himself. He also made excuses for his work. If he would have told me, I would have been willing to supply the right materials for the project. I would say his work is not as thorough as it was in the past.

They always do a good job. They are affordable, prompt, and very good. I would continue to use their services. People from church have used them and have been happy with their service. They are also not high pressure and nice people.

It was pretty smooth. They came in and inspected the electrical situation and discover the issue with the breaker box. They gave a proposal and sent it with the name and a picture of the electrician coming. I really liked that. The electrician was very nice.

We were pleased with the results, Mike had to work up in the attic in the brutal heat but it looks very neat. there were no extra surprise costs .

From our initial contact with the office to completion of the job, we were very impressed with everyone we dealt with.The estimator came to our home to discuss our needs the first day we were available. He arrived on time and was very helpful. The estimate was emailed to us in several days and the work was scheduled within 2 weeks of our initial contact. Ruben andMatt worked continuously for 1 1/2 days, always pleasant and professional. Our job included many items to be installed where there had not been fixtures before, requiring additional wiring etc. They were very careful to keep any wall/ceiling repairs that might be necessary to a minimam. The work was completed as bid, on time and they cleaned everything up nicely before leaving. This was a great experience! Thanks to everyone at Trimm!

On both occaions, they were on time and completed the work to my satisfaction in a very reasonable time frame. Their workers are professional and were careful and thorough. There is no question that I will call Trim for all of my electrical needs.

From day one, the professionalism of TRIM ELECTRIC was impressive. The appointment was quickly set up and Jason arrived on time to get me a quote on this rather large job. I could tell this Company was customer oriented. Jason had some good ideas and listened to my requirements for the job. I received the quote in few days ( unlike others that never sent a quote) and the bid was extremely competitive. Once the specifics were agreed upon, the start date was set. The 4-man crew arrived on time with Mike as the lead electrician......real nice guy....very professional and very experienced. We went over the job again and they started working immediately. The job took 9hrs and this crew never stopped working except for a lunch break. Now the best part.....once they were done, they cleaned up EVERYTHING before they left the site - hosing down the driveway; watering the grass that had been moved; vacuuming and removing all the debris in the shed and yes, all lighting and switches worked great as planned. This will be the first company I call for all future jobs and I can HIGHLY recommend TRIM.
