Response from Trim Electric Inc
I am sorry to hear that you did not like our level of service. After reading through the notes we noticed that we only initially had contact with your daughter who lives in the home; we did not hear from you until we had submitted the bid. Even though our notes said that the homeowner would not be home when we went to inspect we called the number listed on our dispatch and we also knocked on the door. We proceeded with the inspection and tune-up and then promptly e-mailed your daughter the bid. Our bid breakdown does not usually give any of our clients problems - I've included the bid below so that Angie's List customers can judge for themselves. We also sent you the spec sheets you requested and in an e-mail explained that we used "Square D QO breaker panels and components exclusively." Please keep in mind that all of the equipment we install is under a parts warranty - this is a component of our price. I do realize that you may have not liked our price, but we feel that it is unfair that you gave us a negative review based on this. We were very responsive to your questions and have several e-mails to prove this. We can't always win every bid and we are happy that you found a capable electrician to do the work that you required.
