It took a while to hear back from them. I called them today and they said I was outside their service area even though they say they service the entire market. I thought it was rude that they did not call ma back to let me know. I had to call them to find that information out.

They were very professional. They were quick and did not waste time. They explained everything to me that I did not know. I'm a woman alone and it is important to me that I understand whenever I can get directions. They were very informative. I definitely would use them again.

It wasn't an easy problem to find, but they got the job done, brought their diagnostics, and very quick. They were only in the house for about an hour from start to finish. They were both friendly and professional. We have a white german shepherd dog who is friendly, and they were friendly back. They weren't intimidated by our big dog.

I chose Trim based on Angie's list reviews. Easy to schedule and technicians showed up on time. They were very professional and courteous. They did not have the appropriate circuit breaker, so they said they would pick it up and return later that day. Unfortunately they did not return, so I called the office at 5:30 and they rescheduled for the next afternoon. They were very apologetic, and I understand that sometimes these things happen. However, the next day the same thing happened...no show and no call. The next morning they finally showed up and finished the job. They sent another very courteous, competent and professional technician, who explained that they are extremely busy, which I believe because they have such a good reputation. The owner of the business, Joe, gave me a 10% discount for all the problems. I feel this was a very fair outcome, and I will definitely use Trim Electric again. Two workers came to my house at approximately 8:15 AM Friday 15-July-2011. I was expecting them between 8 and 9. Within about 1.5 hours they were able to install the device without shutting off my power. Since I have an old generator with a 20 amp breaker they modified the cord to enable a 30 amp to 20 amp connection and provided me with a 30 amp plug for me to use if I get a new generator that has a 30 amp breaker. They also showed me how to connect the different plug when necessary.

They said that a dispatcher would call. After an hour and a half without a call, my wife called back. The person who answered the phone acted like she had never spoken to my wife about the problem and started asking the same questions. The representative had no explanation as to why they did not call back and then started explaining the exorbitant pricing and had the attitude that they did not want to come out anyway. It was a Horrible experience and we were forced to go elsewhere.

2 hours late did quality work did not do work as ordered, added more outlets than requested/necessary resulting in more labor and materials on bill

Called to confirm appointment then called prior to arrival and arrived on time. Replaced vanity light fittings. I also had some wall socket problems which they located and repaired.

Trim Electric told me on the phone what the hourly charge is and how long it would probably take. I agreed to have someone come and have a look. Carlos came and confirmed the approximate price and installed the outlet. He had everything he needed on his truck. He was polite and courteous and did his job. I am pleased with the job done and the I felt the price was very reasonable. I would use them again...

I have used Trim before and they were the only people I called. What a surprise that I had the same experienced electrician come to my new home. Mike and Marco were professional in every way. They wear shirts with the logo on them. They did an excellent job and even vacuumed the floor when finished. The new light looks exactly how we wanted it to and the island light, with new dimmer switch, is perfect. My husband was going to pull the speaker wires but when he saw how nicely Mike and Marco did it, having had the experince, he was glad he didn't do it. Some things are not really a DIY project! I will use them again when I need excellent electrical work done by professional electricians.

They were very professional and the work looks good and it was done well. It was all done to code and there were no questions about it.

Horrible! Joe (Owner) put a lein on my home saying he didn't get paid after we fired the first contractor. In his lein paperwork he put that he wasn't paid for labor and materials with no description of what he did. We paid in full (plus some) to the contractor. I called Joe asking for a itemization of what actually he did in my home and what he wasn't paid for by the first contractor. I called the main number to his office, his cell number, and the lawyer (who no longer represents him) asking for this information. I called no less the 20+ times over a 2 month span. Joe could not produce anything he did in my home. In fact we had 6 outlets installed. My new contractor found them hanging in the breaker box not hooked up to anything! I recently called, and his office picks and hangs up, on every call I make. His lawyer who originally sent me the lein paperwork, said they could not get an itemized list from him either. He put an lein on my home and can't tell me what (if anything) he did in my home. Note that he did get paid 80% of his bill. I am not sure what that 80% payment was for? The bill was 8K, he was paid 6K. The total lack of professionalism is beyond belief. He would keep telling me he was going to send me a breakout, he never did. I have called asking for this information. To be hung up on, purposely put on hold with no intention for Joe to pick up the phone, is so rude. In my opinion, I don't trust this company!

All work was done professionally in a few hours in a quality manner.

I had sent an email to get a quote for some items that were found during a home inspection (we are selling our home). I received an email the next day and I ended ups ending the inspection report. It took a few days to get a quote back to me - but I appreciated the honesty. There were 4 items I asked for a quote for. 3 of these they would not quote a price for since it was within code (I didn't know that). The fourth ended up more as a nice to have then a requirement also. I appreciate that they were willing to tell me that no work needed to be done since it was functioning/designed correctly. They could have easily marked $$ with each task, but they were honest. I would recommend them based on the fact that they were honest with me and helped guide me to push back on some items. Thank you!!!!

Couldn't ask for more in a contractor. Everything perfect.

I called Trim Electric late in the afternoon and was able to get them to come out within 2 hours. The technicians did a quality job and completed the install quickly.

Service technicians needed to come out more than once to properly identify and resolve the issue. Very responsive and professional and certainly stand behind their work. Will not hesitate to use Trim Electric again.

Trim Electric was great. Our service technician was Mike, and I would recommend him highly. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He quickly assessed the situation and was able to get us set up with the GFI outlets and working plugs all in one service call. The wiring was a mess, due to it being an older house and how badly awry our attempt at replacing the plug unit had gone and he handled it all very well. I am very glad I called Trim Electric and that Mike was our service technician.

It was excellent. Arrived at the scheduled time.Did all the work in a timely manner. It was my first time using this company and I would surely use them in the future.

I called Trim Electric for rewiring of an incorrectly wired ceiling fan that was a fire hazard. They sent experienced electricians who clearly communicated alternative repairs to my wife and I. They completed the selected repair ahead of schedule, and noted during the process that they had found an ungrounded outlet. We asked them to check all the outlets in the house, and they repaired several. They also tested the ground fault circuit in the kitchen and recommended that we retire a shorting toaster. All in all, we had an excellent experience with them and could recommend them to anyone.
