Description of Work: THIS COMPANY'S PROFILE ON THIS SITE STATES THEY SERVICE ((("THE ENTIRE AREA"))) YET WHEN I TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE THIS MORNING, THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT SERVICE MY AREA! THIS IS A COMPLETE CONTRADICTION TO WHAT THEY ARE SAYING THEY OFFER!

Description of Work: Jason was the second electrical company representative who visited with me. The first was from John Moore. I knew I had a bad circuit breaker. The John Moore chap told me that I needed to replace the entire electrical box for a mere $3,000+. Jason looked at the same project and told me the box was fine and replacing the bad breaker was all that was needed. He was eminently professional, and just as important, on time for our scheduled appointment. Five years ago, Trim installed four ceiling fans in my house, and we were quite pleased with the outcome of that project. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: We had some wiring problems with 2 outlets, a 3 way switch and cable outlet that Michael and his assistant fixed. Michael also looked at a circuit breaker problem and gave us an estimate to repair. We will definately have Trim back to complete that repair.

Description of Work: They gave us an estimate for changing a panel and added an additional panel for a hot tub. The experience was fine but we used someone else for the project.

Description of Work: A GFCI power outlet in my backyard that I had never worked with got tripped. Trim Electric came out promptly and found the outlet, pushed the reset button, and proceeded to charge me $125 for the call. I understand a service call fee ($65) but the charge for 4 minutes work was ridiculous. I would have used Trim again in the future, but after this gouging, I'll find a more scrupulous vendor. I hope it was worth the $60 bucks you guys made. Poor judgement on your technician's part.

Description of Work: Had problems with downed circuit in my older home. Michel showed up on time. Did a great job. Very friendly, quick and professional. Will have them back to have more work done.

Description of Work: 1. Removed and replaced light switch. 2. Added an addition safety wall plug in the hall bathroom. 3. Removed an replaced an old lamp from a large beam in the great room that lights up the dinning table. 4. On the same large beam they installed a new lamp to shine on a painting hung on the fireplace.

Description of Work: Fixed shorted out pool light and yard outlets. Replaced most outlets in my home with new boxes. Brought my electrical box up to code.
