Tommy and his helper showed up on time, sorry I can't remember his helpers name. Both were really polite and worked until the work was complete. Very pleased with the work and he even helped me with a few ideas I had on how I should approach them. Class act!

Tommy did an excellent job. Very skilled and efficient at job. Friendly and explained replacement process. Would not hesitate to use him again and I would recommend Tommy to anyone. Have plans to use Tommy for some future work.

Did not go. Never received the estimate for the work requested.

Sent one message, said he would call ASAP. That was a week ago...........

They gave me a reasonable quote. The owner told us he would be the one doing the work and that he had outstanding workers and that was not true. The guy that was doing the tile had never done it before. They were teaching him on the job and he ended up chipping tile adjacent to where he was working and he never repaired it. He also said he was putting in sloid wood doors and they were not wood, they were made in China and he charged me extra for those. He was also going to complete all the cabinetry and he did not do that. After the work was finish and I had the balance of the contract, he sent his son to get $855 and he said that was because he had to change the scope of work and he hired an electrician which we had to pay out of pocket which was another $800. I paid him directly to do some additional work as well. He came back and said I must pay him extra for the solid core, for extra tiles and the patch holes because of the work the electrician did. No one said any extra charges were made. I did not pay it, when he started the work I ask and if he said he can do it but he did not tell me it would be an extra charge. I thought that was unprofessional and he did not keep his promise to be on the job every day and the painter did a lousy job. They said they fired the painter and they rehired him. he did not do the drying rods, shelves and rocks for additional hanging space, a cabinet, a counter top and he brought a carpenter in to give me a separate quote when it as to be included.

I was so glad to be able to contact this company, as my need was great, and Thomas seemed to want the job. I worked to get plenty of pictures and measurements sent to him so he would be able to see what the job entailed. He said he would be working it in between other jobs, since he felt mine would only take either a morning or afternoon to knock it out, and he felt confident he could do that fairly soon. I did not pursue any other company, but waited for him, trusting who he had seemed to be. I never heard from him again. I understand that life can throw some curves and hope that nothing terrible happened to him or his family; however, I truly would have appreciated a brief phone call so that I could have looked for someone else to do the work before winter set in (having a door wide open for several hours can be quite expensive in heating costs).

Never showed up at agreed upon time to give us an estimate.

Mr. Pye came out on Friday 8/14 and quoted the job and came out on Saturday 8/15 and did the work. All was done on time and very professional. I would use him again without hesitation. It wasn't a big job and sometimes it is hard to find someone who is willing to tackle smaller jobs.

Thomas and his son came by and installed a French door in my home. They removed an old window and had to cutout the bottom portion of the brick wall/base in order to fit the French door into the opening. They were both very professional and courteous. The job went as described and there wern't any suprises that added to the intial quote. They did a quality job and did the job correctly, not asking me if this is "good enough" as many of these fly by night contractors tend to do. I would definitely use them in the future for other jobs.

Never heard from him again. No call, no estimate. Using someone else.

The project went very well. Tommy came out to assess the situation that I was having and was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Tommy and his son worked together on the project. They did very nice work. They painted everything, cleaned up well and paid attention to detail. The door and frame looks great!! I feel confident with the work they did that I will not have anymore leaks from there. Both of them are exceptionally nice people. I would recommend Tommy from Thomas Glenn Construction and I would use them again.

Thomas Pye and his son Christian came to our home on Monday, June 29th and started the job. Christian worked for the next two days replacing wood and repairing and replacing sheet rock in two rooms. He installed light fixtures in the bathrooms and the kitchen and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. He was very careful to protect our furniture and floors during the process and cleaned up each day before he left. He was there on time each day and worked all day every day. He was courteous and professional. He saved us some money by repairing sheet rock in the bedroom instead of replacing it. His work was excellent. I would highly recommend them and are considering them for another project.

A good crew of knowledgeable painters took care of the interior work over the first few days and Tommy Pye finished up the other work by the end of the 2nd week. The house really looked great when Tommy and the painters finished and the quality of work was exceptional.

It went really well overall and the end result is beautiful! Tommy worked with us from start to finish to give us what we wanted. Our satisfaction was his goal from the start. He lived up to his references on Angie's list! Per Tommy's direction you should have a clear picture of what you want and all the materials on site before the job starts. We had a problem getting the tile that we ordered and had to switch to another type of tile in the middle of construction. Tommy adjusted his schedule around us until the tile came in. We went on a 10 day vacation and left him the keys to the house, so we felt very comfortable with him and his crew. Last but not least from a homeowner's perspective: everything costs more than you think! So be prepared to shop hard, know what you want, and listen to your contractor. Communication is key to being happy at the end. Tommy always responded quickly and did what he said he would do.

Very disappointed, have called the other vendor and have not heard back yet. Very concerned that people are screening work and are only performing what they can turn a quick dollar.

Tommy Pye came over and gave us a quote on replacing and painting some rotten wood on the garage and on the house. He emailed us a detailed breakout of the work he would perform. Our Son is a Construction Superintendent in Austin and had told us the price we should expect to pay for doing what we needed and Tommy was "right on". He showed up at the agreed time, 1:00 PM, and got right to work. He primed all of the material he had picked up and started to tear out the rotten wood. He had to "customize" several of the siding boards which he did not anticipate but did not make a big deal out of it; just got it done. He got one side of the garage done and shut down around dark thirty. He came back the next day and brought his helper, his 20 year old son, Christian. They got right to work . Tommy had to leave and left Christian to finish up. They had done everything they had agreed to do. We walked the house to see if there was anything they missed and found three other things we had missed during the original quote. Christian said he would take care of them. One of them required him to climb about 25 feet on his ladder to get to. He did it, no problem. We asked if there was any additional charge do add these things on and they said no. They even left us a tube of calking to use if we needed it. We would hire them again in a heart-beat. My wife and I were very impressed by their friendliness and professionalism.

Easy fix that was done very well. Would call them again in the future.

I have talked to the contractor and issues have been resolved. The original work performed was great quality and contractor has now offered compensation for the inconveniences.

Good work, up to expectations. Coordination went fine, job was completed on time and clean up was fine.

After an extremely bad experience from Sheds for All Texas, Tommy and his crew(s) came over and did an excellent dry-in, exterior painting, caulking, etc. job. My headache disappeared the first day I drove in and saw the quality of work Tommy Pye and his crew were doing. His work was excellent quality and completed on time. Tommy stayed in touch throughout the entire job. His rate to complete the job was very reasonable for the amount of work he had to repair. I would recommend Tommy Pye to anyone needing carpentry, painting, sheetrock, etc.

I initially contacted Thomas Glenn Construction for a bid for repairs to my living room, which had visible termite damage to the flooring and baseboards. The living room repairs eventually consisted of removing drywall to assess damage, repairing the framing and drywall, replacing trim including baseboards and window sill, and painting the entire room. All the work in the living room is of first-rate quality, and I am completely satisfied with the job. Thomas Glenn Construction also replaced all of the windows in my house, and the work done on the window replacement is exceptional. The contractor, Tommy Pye, did an outstanding job on the windows, and the cost was very competitive. I would recommend Thomas Glenn Construction without reservation, and I plan to use them again for other projects.

I would highly recommend them. They were very good. The price was reasonable and good. It was the same compared to another person. It was the same as the competitor.

The swing is absolutely beautiful. They were the only ones who would tackle that job. They made it look like it was always that way. I would definitely continue to use them in the future.
