Very quick and complete service.

The plumber was very professional and punctual. He had to return the next day to finish and he did arrive on time again. He also was very knowledgeable in his trade.

They were very punctual and they got the work done. I thought the price was fair.

I made an appointment to have someone come out to look at a problem with low water pressure in my kitchen. Was given an arrival time of 12 to 2. At 2, I called to check the status and was told she had written down 1 to 3 and he would be here within 45 minutes. I called again at 4 and was told there had been emergency calls earlier in the day and he would be here around 5. They had my phone number and could have called at any time to update me. I told her if he wasn't here by 5, to tell him not to come. I was able to find another company who gave me a one hour time frame and promised to come in the morning. After losing an entire afternoon for a no show, I canceled at 4:10. I don't think having to wait over 4 hours for someone who might make it out is acceptable when an appointment had been made and no one had the courtesy to contact me.

The repairman arrived at our house when he said he would be there. He worked quickly, he was very polite and professional, and everything works fine.

He had to cancel the first appointment but the second time he was on time. They were inexpensive but the work was done incorrectly. The guy tried to clean the pipes from the ceiling to the first floor bathroom but he couldn t get to the sink. After he couldn t solve the problem he gave up and tried to give us an explanation that didn't make sense. I felt like the guy that they sent out was young and inexperienced.

I called and set an appointment. They were very professional and personable, both on the phone and during the visit. The service man made the smallest hole in the sheetrock possible and gave me options about how to repair the sheetrock afterward which saved me money. He did not make a mess, worked quickly and quietly. His personal hygiene was good (which is not always the case with workmen). He had what he needed to fix my problem with him and did not have to go back to the office to fetch tools, etc. I would call them again without hesitation.

We have had no noticeable problems with their part of the project. We met them after the home was completed. They were very friendly and polite. They answered any and all of our questions. They told us to contact them immediately if we run into any kind of plumbing type problems. We do not know their price for their part of the job. We paid one full price to the main builder.

We completed major renovations and had no problem with the plumbing work that was done. We have not experienced any leaking or any poor workmanship anywhere. My contractor that hired them and he never mentioned any problems either. They were paid through my contractor.

A-1 Plumbing was polite in scheduling and called to tell me when they were on their way. The technician was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He didn't waste any time fixing the problem. He cleaned the work area completely and did a nice caulk job. The company has a very reasonable hourly rate as well making them superior to their competitors in my book. I will use A-1 again when the need arises!!

They did a great job. I know that this job could not have been easy. I don t know much about plumbing, thank goodness they did. I was so happy with these guys; they were quick, on time and very polite. I kept asking them a lot of questions about what they were doing and they never showed a sign of frustration at all.
