We called Woodlands Plumbing Co. the morning of September 18, 2013 because our garbage disposal stopped working. We spoke with Laura and she said she would try to get us an appointment that day which she did. She gave us a timeframe in which the plumber should arrive. They actually called a little while later and said they had an earlier appointment available which worked out perfect. He came right on time, got right to the job and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. We also received a free hot water heater inspection! I must say I was very pleased with Woodlands Plumbing Company. The service man was very nice and professional and Laura was so sweet I felt like I knew her! They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again!

Job was well done. They actually responded within 24 hours an made repairs within estimate.

The guy who came out was very professional and did a good job.

The repairs were completed successfully. The repairman cleaned everything up afterwards and there hasn't been a problem since. The only issue was the repairman missed the first time slot that was scheduled so we had to reschedule for another day. But the service was excellent.

Called the company on Tuesday night when I realized that one hot water heater was out (rusted through leaking water killed gas solenoid .... good thing because I would not have known it was leaking otherwise). Left message they called back early Wednesday. Scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning, told them I had to leave for downtown by noon, so the lady said she'd try to have them here at 8am .... 8:30 at the latest. She called back shortly and said they had a cancellation and could do Wednesday afternoon, that didn't work for my but I appreciated the thought. They showed up at 8:50am ... not as promised, but not terrible. Encountered several issues. Upped quote by $70 because my heaters were hard plumbed to the copper water pipe (they had to cut the pipes and install flex pipe fittings for each heater ... fair price). My expansion and drip pain drains were all clogged (mud dobbers used the pipes to build a home!), By this time I was sweating getting to work, so I helped a little, flushed pipes repeatedly outside to clear them with a water hose. One heater has so much sediment in it that it did not want to drain .... that one item was the real time consumer of the whole job .... not their fault. Got it all done, I had two other plumbing issues and they evaluated both for a future service call. They left just before 1pm.

They got back to us quickly. They then completed the work quickly. The price was much cheaper than what it would of cost through our Home Warranty Company.

The work was done very well. My only compliant was than it took 4 appointment attempts before they actually arrived to do the work. Each time I would schedule the 2 hour window for the service. The day before they would call to confirm. And 3 out of the 4 times they called during the schedule time to say they were and quot;running lateand quot;. So, this isn't a show-stopper but i'm lucky to work out of my home so I was here. But if i had to leave work and wait for the plumber to actually arrive, well, that would have been very frustrating. Other than that, the work was done well. Was it over priced? Yes, I think so. To replace that hose on 6 toilets it took the plumber all of 50 minutes. The parts were not more than $20 each or $180. What I should have done is to watch them replace the one broken hose and then I could do the other 5. Live and learn, literally.

Excellent service and very prompt!

Woke up and no hot water. Hot water tank that they had installed two years previously failed due to the extreme heat. Hot water tank in attic. Called and they said they knew about the failure and that the manufacturer had a fix. Plumber arrived within two hours and fixed the problem.

Extensive repair and modification was necessary.

They did a great job, the price included both the installation and the heater itself, so it was good.

Job went well. They made our deadline for installation of new stove in time to cook Thanksgiving dinner!Do get another bid then; Do ask for their best bottom-line price.

I have used these people several times in the past, so I called them first, scheduled an appointment. They came out when they said they would, did the job quickly and professionally, answered all the questions I could throw at them and called to follow-up to make sure I was pleased with their service.

The plumber came out the day I called. He was a little later than expected, but not much. Very polite, took his shoes off to walk through the house which I really appreciated! Dealt with the presenting problem and noticed another issue which he showed me - definitely was more leaking than I realized and he repaired that as well. In order to repair, he had to use a torch to cut the pipes and attach new ones. Everything was done well and he was very tidy. I thought the price was a little high - but I couldn't complain about the service at all.

The guy came out on time. He came out the next day and kept the appointment. He came 20 minutes late or something, not a big deal. He fixed it fast enough and the price could have been a bit lower. He was good.

All work went excellently. Company is well managed, work performed was completed timely and within estimate. Owners showed good quality control in following up work. Highly confident in recommending this plumbing company.

The Woodlands Plumbing Company responded quickly and I would hire them.

I've used them 4 or 5 times and they have been great. I can't speak highly enough. They show up on time. I don't know if their prices are fair or not but they are very conscientious. I have no complaint with them. They have replaced a hot water heater and a couple of other things. This last visit they only charged me for the service call and they were here a couple of hours. The price seemed to be fair. I would absolutely use them again.

Got up late and noticed no hot water. Hot water tank in attic. Called Woodands Plumbing and they said that they had a number of emergencies that morning and did not know when - on the current day - they could schedule. Nevertheless, they promised that someone would be out that day. The dispatcher said she would keep in touch as the day progressed. Fifteen minutes later the dispatcher called and said a technician could come immediately. The tech arrived in a few minutes, diagnosed the problem, and had to return to his supply depot for the part. He returned within 30 minutes from the depot and installed the new part within 15 minutes. I was very pleased. It was before noon and already the attic was unbelievably hot.

We were very satisfied with them. We spent $137 for their service. They came out and solved the problem. They knew exactly what it was and they repaired it. We would recommend them. They were prompt and their price was decent. We would use their services in the future too.

Called on a Friday morning asked for a quote. Quote given over the phone. Stated a repair man would be there within thirty minutes. Repair man arrived as promised got right to work and was done in around another thirty minutes. So from phone call to job done was an hour!!

Very pleased. When the serviceman finished he discussed what the problems were and what I could do in the future to avoid the same problems. We also discussed other issues with my house and he even advised it would be cheaper to use another company for my sprinkler issues. One year and a half earlier, John Moore had charged me 210 dollars for the exact same problem.

I had drained my hot water heater (as per DIY network) for routine maintenance. I checked the valve and it started leaking. This was late in the afternoon. So, I called Woodlands Plumbing, since they had gotten good reviews. Wow! I was not disappointed. Even though it was late in the day, Jacob came within a hour to fix it for me. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Problem solved! I will definitely use them in the future.

The plumber was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable of his trade. He had to return the next day to finish the job and did so willingly.
