Phil and Brian J. came out for a quote to replace one of our AC units. Both were knowledgeable & professional. Brian J. and his team returned on a later date to do the install. All were on time, polite, and professional. The Woodlands Heating and Air Conditioning provided quality people and great service to install dependable Trane products. I recommend calling The Woodlands Heating and AC first.

I do not have a problem with these guys at all. No more then 45 minutes he was here.

They have the best tech ever Brain N. He knows his stuff and can answer questions that you have. He is straight forward.

They came out twice and were unable to fix problem. I called another company- Hal Watson A/C Repair. They fixed problem on first visit.

Phil was right on time for our appointment. He was polite and professional. Phil took the time to clearly explain our options and respond to a number of questions. He never pressured us or spoke badly about his competition. Phil later responded to several follow up questions over the phone and by email. He was always responded promptly.

I wasn't so happy with The Woodlands Heating & Air Conditioning. They were nice and they were on time but there was a lot broken after they came. Every time they touched my unit, something else was broken. They were actually very responsive when I called them.

Brian arrived at the promised appointment time. He was very professional and considerate (wore shoe covers inside house). Took time to understand the problem and resolved it quickly.

Replaced both 20+ year air conditioning units and furnaces. Brian provided prompt estimates and spent additional time walking us through different options, answering our questions over several occasions, and offering to provide us a more custom option for our cooling needs. Very professional install and took initiative to split ducting to help improve cooling in the upstairs bedrooms. We obtained quotes from four different companies, but felt most comfortable with The Woodlands Heating and A/C. Fast install and they left the outside area cleaner than before the work started. Will definitely use them for ongoing maintenance of the equipment.

This company is excellent. As long as I live in this area this is the only company that will be called to work on/replace my HVAC systems. I had three old Trane systems so we called Woodlands Heating and Air and had them replace an HVAC system for us back in April - Then in December we had this igniter go out in one of the other older systems. What I really like about this company is that it is small, with only a few employees that have worked there for many years. So when I call, they send out the same technician every time (Miguel). That is really important to me. There is a sense of trust and rapport when you have the same technician treating your systems in an emergency. That tells you something right there about the company and the owner. The owner and his technicians are true professionals. When I called today because our heater was not heating, the owner, Phil, answered my call. I explained the problem and he said not to worry he would send a tech today! That was a Friday!! I can't tell you how many companies in the past, when you call for an AC or heater problem, they say sure we will be out next week...Now let me comment on my technician,Miguel. He always calls to let me know when he is on his way and is on time. He always parks in the street, instead of on my driveway. He immediately covers his shoes before entering my home. Miguel is polite, respectful and always courteous. Miguel is experienced and extremely knowledgeable and finds the problem within minutes. This is the way it should be. We should be able to trust the techs that come into our home and trust that we are getting what we pay for. I don't think that that is too much to ask. I wish this company could service all my home needs because when I call other companies to come fix my oven or my garage door, it is always a crushing disappointment. I have given an "F" rating to a company before who completely deserved it - that guy really needs to spend some time with a company like this...Woodlands Heating and Air does it right and I wanted to make sure that they are acknowledged for it.

It was a relief to be able to speak to a live person on the phone. Even better, I was really grateful they were able to work me in on the same day in which I called. Apparently the unit had started to freeze over. The technician promptly assessed the situation, fixed the problem, and rendered a reasonable bill. I was completely satisfied with the service and will use them again in the future.

It went well. Jason came and was very thorough and polite.

We called Woodlands Heating and Air to fix our air conditioner. They sent Brian to do the repairs. He had to replace the unit which lowered our electricty costs over the course of 2 years by $2,500.00! They were courteous, on time and wonderful to work with. Very satisfied with every aspect of service. EXTREMELY fast response - called at 8am, problem fixed by 9:15am!!! Miguel the technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed and explained the problem quickly. had the new part on his truck so it was installed and function was checked several times. also discussed some duct issues we are having with good insight into the problems. Phil Musial "the Owner" is very knowledgable and professional. The installation crew arrived on time and they were very courteous. His employees did an outstanding job installing our new A/C unit and heater. We had a unit installed two years ago by a different company and there is no comparison. The new unit works great and we could not be happier with the quality of work. The Woodlands Heating and Air Conditioning paid attention to the details, went the extra mile, and left the job site cleaner than upon arrival (one of the employees was sweeping the driveway when the job was completed!). They even fixed some of the poor workmanship from the previous company that did an install on our other a/c unit 2 yrs ago at no charge. We are extremely pleased to have called this company and with confidence will recommend them to our family and friends.

I can't say enough good things about Phil and his team at The Woodlands Heating & Air Conditioning. We've been using them for years now and they always show up on time. We bought our last house a year ago and had them put in an entirely new system, inside and out. Phil actually talked us out of buying a more expensive system as we didn't need it. Imagine that, a company who wants to get you the CORRECT system for your needs, not just make as much money as possible off of you. At no additional cost to us, they also rerouted several ducts in the attic to make the system more efficient. Their service and attention to detail is unmatched. Thanks guys!

I called this am @ 7 to get my cooling back on. After a short time, the technician determined my Nest thermostat was not working. While he serviced and cleaned my two units, I called Nest to check on warranty who said they would send me a replacement thermostat in two days. The tech hooked up a basic thermostat and asked that I call back when the Nest unit arrives and they would install it for me. There were no pushy sales going on, didn't try to get me to buy a thermostat from them, and offered to help me out. THey did suggest the addition of a safety feature to prevent an overflow of my drain pan, which I'm strongly considering (only $170). I have had a drain pipe clog and the repair was well more than this! This company really knows customer service. I am now inclined to give them all my recommendations. Tech was friendly and professional and their response time was unbelievable!

Excellent service, friendly technician. He took the time to address and fix another problem with airflow in a certain room and I was very appreciative of the extra time he took. He went above and beyond and I will use in the future.
