Description of Work: Our heating unit would not come on. Woodlands H & A recommended replacing the circuit panel fixing the problem. We have an old unit. The entire unit will need to be replaced eventually & we will return to Woodlands H & A.

Description of Work: Tech named Brian came out and was very helpful and kind in explaining the problem to me and subsequently to my husband on the telephone after hours and at great length. We choose this company as they were giving us a better price for the AC unit we needed replacing and they seemed more professional and honest. They came out and did the work in a timely fashion and were very conscientious. We would not hesitate to call on them again.

Description of Work: They replaced a blower motor that had been replaced two months earlier by a Homeowners policy company, right as we purchased the home. They also put the wrong size fan in the outside unit. Brian said it was functioning but we should not be suprised if it does not last more than one year. Truth and honesty........that will keep me going back to the Woodlands Heating and Air-Conditioning, they were prompt, courteous and just a pleasent overall experience. He also replaced a Theromastat and checked all ac units nd heaters as well. I signed up for the CCA check for next Spring. All I can say is the "List" worked for me. JoDell
