The Perfect Light

The Perfect Light does an excellent job year after year. We have used them for 7 years or so. They are always available via phone or email, show up on time, and do very good installation work. Their lights are very reliable. we have not had a problem at all over the last 4 years. Their multipayment plan makes the cost more manageable.

Great service! Always on schedule and will work late if needed to complete on date planned.

Perfect Light has done my Christmas lights for the past 3 years. I like that they use a mix of email and text to alert me to activities based on urgency. It makes using them easy! They store the lights and decorations the rest of the year, so very seamless for us!

Great. We have used The Perfect Light for 6 years running and they continue to do a great job. Feel more comfortable with people climbing on my roof knowing they are licensed and bonded.

Perfect Light never fails to please. We received a call that they would be coming on a specific day and they did and were on time. The crew completed the work very quickly in one afternoon. They ensured that there were no nonworking lights before they left the job and had me walk the property with them inspecting all of the work. They removed all of the debris and neatened up the landscaping after they were done installing the lights in the trees. The result was beautiful and we will use Perfect Light again.

Incredibly pleased with the lighting installed for the Christmas season. Wrapped tree is exceptional - and the other ancillary lighting was done very well. They show up on the day that is noted/requested and the crews are very professional. I couldn't be happier with the work they did outside my home.

I used them for many years believing them to be a Christian based company. But usually the lights weren’t put where I wanted them, they would partially go out,they were put up late in the season, I asked them not to walk on my roof but they did. I have used Bright Lights for the last two years and I’ve been very happy

We are so happy with our landscape lights!! We interviewed a few companies and The Perfect Light was our choice, hands down. They made the process so easy and were so professional. They were able to schedule our install quickly, were on time and done quickly and cleanly. They even gave us recommendations for placement of our existing solar lights. That night, I was in awe at what a great job they had done. We are extremely happy!!

The job was bid and installed in a timely manner. What we discovered was that though we had paid for new wiring, an electrical hub, and a new transformer, the old wiring and old transformer was used--no hub. When we contacted the company, they quickly came over and put in new wiring and a new transformer to our specifications. We had not paid the final bill yet. As soon as everything was completed, we paid the final bill. Just be sure what you bid is what you get. The lighting is well and placed and beautiful. But the process lasted over three months.

We love our new lights! Excellent sales and service! John came out and did a demo where you can see the final look before you sign a contract. It was amazing. John then came back out with the installers and made sure everything setup like he planned. Thanks to John and the installation crew. Great work. Would definitely recommend this company. They may be a little pricier than others, but you get what you pay for!

Didn't use them this year and don't want to use them again.

they apparently showed up one day... and fixed all. never knew they were coming, all the work was done outdoors. the system no longer trips the GFI... and I noticed that a burned out bulb was replaced. i suspect they inspected the entire system... and made all things right. never left or sent an invoice. they quietly came and conquered.

Installation went exactly as promised, the crew was on time, clean and efficient. The night the installation was completed we had 50 guests at our house and everyone admired the results . . .it was perfect!

We would highly recommend The Perfect Light - they use very high quality products and they have great ideas! Very good customer service as well.

Eric, the technician from The Perfect Light, who corrected some problems with our uplighting system was terrific. He was able to repair/replace items that were not working/broken in a timely manner. Also, he was very courteous. It has been ~10 years since we had The Perfect Light install our uplighting system and we continue to be very pleased it.

Not good at all. Follow up is horrible. Called three times to get them back out to complete the promised and paid for service. Very unresponsive. No calls returned. Over a year later and the job still hasn't even completed. Other PL experiences include invoices for work not even done on my landscape lights and repeat unresponsiveness and follow. Learned my lesson and found a more reliable company to work with for any future needs.

There were a few bumps in the road along the way for both the landscape & Christmas lights, but The Perfect Light made right the situations and I am a happy, satisfied, returning customer.

Maiko came out to give me an estimate for Christmas lights. When he got to the door, he had already taken the time to draw the exterior of our home and had suggestions on the different options that would go well with the exterior of our home. He wasn't at all pushy which I appreciated very much. Every year, I get an interest free credit card to charge anything related to Christmas to so that I can better keep track of my Christmas spending and keep me on a budget. the day of our appointment, my card hadn't come in yet, so I was a bit disappointed I had to use another card. Three days later, I noticed the card I gave them hadn't been charged yet so I sent Maiko an email asking him if it was too late to change cards, 2 minutes later my phone rang and a nice lady in their business office called to get my updated card information. The install took place 2 days before the promised date, which had me pleasantly surprised. I got other quotes from a few different companies, and while they weren't the cheapest, we got a really good quality product and the customer service was amazing! Very happy with their service and will be using them again in the future.

I had a great experience with The Perfect Light. From my initial call to completion they were professional, punctual and delivered on everything as promised. Ryan was my salesman and designer. He was great to work with-he understood what I wanted and stayed within my budget (almost!). I was called the day before to confirm time for each appointment. The install team was great--you can hardly tell they were here (and they had to tunnel under a circle drive and a walkway). I arrived home to my home after dark the day of the install and my home looked spectacular. The price is not cheap, but I feel that you get what you pay for!! I would recommend Perfect Light and would definitely use them again.

We use them every year. They do a fantastic job and are always very professional and responsive. They will fix lights, etc. if they get broken/go out during the time the lights are up and will take down and store everything during the year. A bit pricey (in my mind), but you get what you pay for (peace of mind with a reputable company).
