The One Floors

I hired Hank Abbas at The One Floors to re-tile my sister's new home in Spring. I was a little apprehensive because he had not been in business very long, and there weren't many reviews about his company. We had several delays, due to the closing on the home, and due to heavy rains, but Hank was able to fit her in to his schedule so she could get the work done before her moving day. They started the work on a Monday, tearing out all the existing tile and carpet, and finished installing the tile, plus quarter rounds by Saturday night. They also had to put extra leveling material and membrane on the floor. They installed wood-look tile that they sold at their store--it was just what my sister wanted. We got quotes from 3 different installers and theirs was 40% below the other quotes. They installed the entire 1500 sq ft house in only 6 days, and the cost for labor and materials was a little less than $5 per sq foot. The project turned out great! They give a 1 year warranty on the installation. I would recommend The One Floors to anyone who needs a project done quickly and economically.
