The Chill Brothers

I have two systems, one for Upstairs one for downstairs. I spoke to the Chill Bros sales rep on October 15th about replacing the upstairs system, but the downstairs system was ultimately, mistakenly replaced on October 19, 2022. I attempted to speak to someone about the issue and hopefully find some resolution. I had high hopes that I would be contacted back and a resolution of some sort would be found. I had seen how the owner of Chill bros seemed to respond to all reviews and comments (both negative and positive) which was very comforting. But after a little more than a month and calling for the 5th time yesterday (11/28, first time issue was shared was during the install follow up visit on 10/24/22) and being told yet again I would be contacted by Andrew, I am feeling defeated and, quite frankly, screwed. To have taken steps to make a smart choice financially and environmentally, just to be left with an extra bill and a HVAC system that is still using freon that is harmful to the ozone layer (and my bank account) due to the apparent miscommunication on the part of the people who were the experts in this scenario is very disheartening, to say the least. I definitely WON’T be looking to Chill Bro to replace my next HVAC system as I had initially planned. It was a major mistake to trust the sales rep when she said the HVAC system in my attic was the one that needed to be replaced to accomplish what I wanted ( which was to get a more efficient system for my upstairs area and replace the outside unit that was in my backyard) and now I still have an inefficient system and outdoor unit that runs constantly during the summer months plus an extra bill to boot... PROS: fast service, quick turnaround time from agreement to installation. Install crew installed, cleaned up, and packed up without causing me any disturbance while I worked from home. CONS: Unreliable. Unresponsive to problems.

Everything was done professionally from the initial call to the actual post installation service. My air conditioning unit was out for a week. I called the company around 7 which was after hours. Joshua was my initial company contact person, he immediately gave my information to Jerry. Jerry contacted me and work endlessly to help me get financing for a new unit. He worked late that night to help me and by the next morning around 6, I was approved and ready to get an ac installed. The company went a step above excellent customer service because they sent out portable AC units to give a temporary comfort for me and my family until my AC was installed. The company was very expedient in getting us set up for installation. They were available to answer any of my question no matter how many times I called. The technicians were also knowledgeable, they even pointed out an issue I was having with my hot water heater which I was unaware of because I don't go into my attic. I can honestly say that there customer service exceeded what I have ever experienced with any other company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance. B. Evans

Very nice .. after contacting Jacob that my unit was down he responded within an hour .. very professional and used proper PPE equipment .. it was an easy enough fix .. a weak fuse finally gave up undoubtedly from the brownouts .. will definitely call again when needed .. thanxz again

It was very good. We called them on Sunday and came on the same day, they were very responsive. The technicians tried to fix it, they came back the next day to fix it, and they had very good knowledge. I will give 5 stars, they were really good.

All local a/c repair companies said they were open 24hrs but never answered there phones so my next option was Chill Brothers, I was a little out of their service area but they still made time to come and see me that same day. When its summer in TX you really dont want to wait longer than you have to. There customer service was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Chill Brothers!!

It went great! Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and had my A/C running properly in no time at all!
