+ -1 moreCharlene did an excellent job. She provided the bid on a well developed spread sheet which allowed me to do a solid comparison of options. There was one slight glitch on tilt cord location on one blind but she corrected it immediately. She has a good eye for color and made excellent recommendations. I recommend her without qualification.

+ -1 moreThe Blind Lady measured, ordered the blinds then came back and hung them. She was very helpful, did a great job and the blinds fit perfect. We are very pleased with her. She is professional, caring and polite. We would highly recommend The Blind Lady and we will definitely use her again.
