Team Enoch HVAC Houston (I)

As soon as I put in a request Miles reached out to me and answered all of my questions via email. He asked if he could call me but I was in a loud location and could not talk on the phone so he continued to give me information via email. Life happened and so I didn't communicate back to him to firm up an appointment for about two weeks. Miles picked right back up where we left off and quickly accommodated my requested appointment time. Did I mention that most of my email communication with Miles was in the late evening and he was always very quick to respond. Fast forward to my appointment this morning. Don showed up with a smile. A very nice and professional young man. He quickly installed my fan and did a fantastic job. My husband loved his hard working attitude and enjoyed getting to know him while he was in our home. We have more electric work that we need to have done in my new home office and we will, without a doubt, use Enoch Electric again. In fact we plan on asking for Don again. I am happy to say we found our go to company for all of our electric work. Thanks for being so great Miles and Don!

Kenny the technician was awesome and was very professional I trusted his recommendations we have already scheduled to have additional work done.

This is my second time hiring this company and both times I was very impressed with the services provided by their technicians. on 07/27/2016, Don came to repair wall outlets and to replace breaker switch. He was very professional, friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. He went above and beyond to get the job done. Definately will hire this company again.

I was extremely pleased with the work that Enoch Electric did for us. They installed new decorative exterior lighting. They were very responsive to my schedule needs and did all the work for a great price. I will definitely use them again for all my future needs.

Kenneth wasted no time with installing my ceiling fan and light fixtures. I want to send a "big" thank you to Miles. He schedule my appointment on short notice as I hired someone who did not know how to install a ceiling fan which resulted in me not having lights in the living area. Thank you so much!!!!

Everything about the experience with Enoch Electric was outstanding. Don...just kidding...KENNY was excellent on-site while Miles (the boss) was very thorough and professional on the phone! I plan on using them again when I do the next project on my house and I probably won't even entertain other bids from other contractors. Great jobs, guys!

Very professional, and they provided great advice for me to purchase the materials I needed to bring my 14 year old landscape lighting back to peak performance. LED replaced all the incandescent lighting. Also put in 2 lights I always wanted.

Kenny called saying he might be 15 minutes late. Nobody has ever done that. When he arrived at the house he again introduced himself, and described the work he would do. He did what he said he would. I'm very satisfied. Very clean, and professional

Showed up ten minutes late,did not have ladder to reach outdoor yard lite,had to get my ladder out of garage so he could work,changed wiring to light and replaced bulb.When I got bill on line it was for two hours labor.He was here about forty minutes .I called and complained about the two hours they said that was normal service call,I was not told this when I hired them.They redone the bill to reflect one hour plus a twenty dollar travel fee,also not discussed when I hired them.I was told by the man that came to my house it was $65.00 a hour for his time period.

Kenneth showed up on the time. He was quick and polite, they even removed some speaker wires from my new home, that has nothing to do with electrical. They replaced a light fixture in my dinning area, whole project took less then an hour. Will be using them again hands down. Did I mention they are very affordable??

Scheduling agent (Amanda) was friendly and helpful. Our project did not go as expected, but the organization’s owner (Miles) immediately intervened and resolved the issue. He took ownership of the problem, regardless of the fact that it wasn’t his fault, just to ensure we were happy. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company with, as Miles explained, “A good name rather than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold. – Proverbs 22.” That is, a company who understands that the way to wealth in the service business is to make customer experience a priority!
