Team Enoch HVAC Houston (I)

The work was good. I had some discomfort or misunderstanding with the pricing portion. When they estimated it over the phone I did not realize that that they would come to the job, asses it further, leave to get parts and charge for the time going and coming from the store. I thought when they showed up they would be ready with supplies in hand to finish the job. They worked with me on the pricing and proposed that they would be more clear on their pricing in future bidding. I will use them again and will recommend them .

They came on time, got the work done promptly. They cared to keep me posted on the work. They were very courteous and I even let them decide whether to replace some switches or not - Their work was very satisfactory.

I was extremely pleased with the work I had done by Enoch Electric. I would definitely call them for any future work. Justin was very knowledgeable and performed the work in a neat, timely manner. Very professional work ethic. Would recommend Justin and Enoch Electric for any electrical needs.

Great guys, job well done! This was a 20FT ceiling fan install! They came out same day for install, a Sunday at that! Ceiling fan looks awesome!

Extraordinary attention to details; Myles is honest, courteous and helpful in suggesting ways to reduce both material and labor expenses and was most amenable in working out and correcting issues that occurred during the process. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were pleased with the work. Don, his lead technician, is highly skilled and professional in all areas of residential electrical systems; he stays with a project until it meets all safety and code requirements. He worked late to assure us that our air conditioner was operating on a very hot night. We definitely will call on Enoch again should we need electrical repairs and/or service.

The technician was late, but he had called me to explain the reason. After he arrived and we talked about what needed to be done he gave me several options and let me make the decision. All in all he was done in less than an hour. Would certainly use this company again if needed.
