Miles Enoch was a true professional in every sense of the word! I found him on Home Advisor, and was impressed with all his positive reviews. Of the 3 competing estimates I received, his wast the best value by far. He recommended purchasing equipment that I got huge rebate for installing. He did not try to upsell me at all, just pointed out some work that I should consider for safety in the future. I Googled the information he shared with me, and found out the breaker box that had been installed originally in the house was actually proven in later years to be a fire safety hazard. Because he was so professional in his actions I chose him to install a new high efficiency a/c unit, heat pump, and breaker box. I highly advise anyone to uses Miles Enoch. SR 6/8/20.

Very professional and were able to replace my old AC unit with an efficient two stage Heat Pump System within a day and at an excellent price. I highly recommend Enoch Electric, Water & Air.

Did what they said at a fair price

Up front and honest

Was supposed to come for a maintenance but asked for what repair was to be done. When realized that it was only for maintenance the technician just had a superficial look without cleaning anything saying that if it works there is nothing to do but still charged $85. I would not recommend this company. Not professional.

The plumber really was an outstanding pro.

Enoch did a great job installing our new AC unit. Miles was great to work with. We received the quote over the phone and the cost didn't change on arrival. Enoch has the best price and also delivered with excellent customer service and quality. We have even called back for help on plumbing since their AC service was so good. Enoch is one of our top contractors now.

Will be scheduling additional work with this company to address other home inspection issues in near future.
