My experience with TEAM ENOCH was outstanding, from the initial contact with Miles, the owner, to the phone call upon completion. I appreciated speaking with the owner of the Company instead of a secretary or receptionist. Miles gave me the history of the company along with his experience. He was very confident, patient, and knowledgeable. I was invited to check out the online reviews and references all were positive. Once I decided to replace my HVAC unit, I called several local companies. The companies were all professional, however, the cost for the unit was much higher. I was quoted upwards of 47% more than TEAM ENOCH. I was not made aware of the Oncor Incentive gas to gas offer which allowed additional discounts. All in All, I am 100% satisfied with my TEAM ENOCH experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any homeowner.

Never felt any pressure to buy a service or product I didn't need. They actually listened and spent time talking about options and a plan to get me through the summer and then discuss replacement options. I felt good about them from the very first call. That's how you do customer service!

I hired Team Enoch to install an AC on 6/4/2020, and I have a warranty, after the AC was installed I noticed the unit was make a noise, they did not get out here until 10/23/2021 and replace the copper line, lately the unit will go on and off, I called the office about my problem, no one got back to me, I am 82 years old and it is over 100 degrees outside and this company does not care

Great products and Superior pricing/value for a major purchase and indoor comfort, which is not negotiable in the Texas Heat. Miles was very knowledgeable about what we needed and the fact company employees performed the install was an added benefit vs the other hvac companies that used contractors to represent their work/service. The only concern i have is the lack of follow up on install issues that need completion/correction and that of scheduling a city inspection to close out the open permit that was pulled. It’s Hot here right now and i understand the timelines, other folks need to be taken care of first above the small punch list i have. I highly recommend Enoch and i am sure future customers will benefit from this company much as we have here on our home. I would recommend that others consider giving them a chance to bid for your jobs, you will be happy and comfortable in your home with any system they install. Kindest Regards Neil Hampton

Quality experience from beginning to end. Miles was extremely knowledgeable about the deficits of my old system and set about to rectify existing faults. I knew going in that our unit was too small for the square footage of our home. I was unaware of a multitude of existing problems until speaking with Miles. Team Enoch was not the first contractor I contacted, but was far and away the most detailed, professional, and was focused on solving problems rather than simply installing a larger unit. He sent us a very detailed estimate and a plan to fix existing issues. The installation technicians were thorough, professional, and left no mess of any kind behind. Several weeks later we had tradesmen working in our attic and they commented positively about the quality of the HVAC work. Team Enochâ s was not the cheapest nor the most expensive bid I received for a new Air Conditioner. What stood out was their knowledge and professionalism. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend Team Enoch.
