I have never dealt with a contractor company like this one before after 4 months of trying and requesting the owner miles or what ever his name is to talk to me about a billing issue I was charged for labor that the extra guy never showed up but when I talk to the manager he says he never said that well he did thats why I wanted to talk to the owner to dispute but no luck all I get is billing office raising there voices at me demanding the rest of the money thay say I owe im a disabled veteran I take a lot meds but I don't need to be treated like a dog by anybody to me the company should stand by the first estimate and not charge me for extra labor that the guy never showed up to help that is all I wanted to say to the owner but its to late to fix this i have ask over and over ask the company not to contact me that I would pay in a few weeks but after the hateful and self centered treatment against myself I will pay when its covenant to me and not before and for myself if you plan using this company better get some blood pressure meds and mental health treatment because i sure have.

I had them clear my condensate line on my AC. They showed up on time and did that work sufficiently. All is good on step one. The issue arose when I asked them to do a full maintenance check on my AC/furnace since I had been having intermittent issues with my heating coming on. And, unsurprisingly, they said that the repairs would have been in the thousands of dollars and my only realistic option would be to replace the whole unit. A few days ago I was able to completely resolve my heating issues by Googling the problem and subsequently doing a manual re-start on my Nest smart thermostat. Problem resolved by a flip of the switch and I saved 3K+ dollars by not listening to their expert advice. So, my only recommendation to anyone reading this is to ensure that when you hire big commercial AC company repair companies like Enoch, go into it with your eyes wide open. They do not pay a bunch of money for leads because they want to repair your system. That is simply the excuse to get their foot in the door. They want to find an older unit and sell you a new AC unit every time if possible. That is where the big bucks are in this business, not in repair. By and btw, I am confident that they would do a great job installing new systems. But there is little regulation of this industry and no incentive for them to just fix the issue and buy you another few years when they could cash in by telling you that your issue is beyond repair. Notice how most of their reviews here are about installing new units. That is because that is primarily what they advise everyone to do; And people trust them. Here is my expert consumer advice: 1. NEVER buy an AC/heat pump from the initial company that comes out to repair the unit and then tells you that you have no choice but to replace your unit. All you are doing is incentivizing bad behavior. 2. Get a second opinion from another AC company. If they diagnose the exact same thing, then ask for a full replacement bid. Then, advise them that they are competing. 3. Come back to Home Advisor and post that you need a new AC/heat pump and provide the exact size and model number. Then collect the bids, check previous reviews to ensure the company is reliable, and then select the most inexpensive offer. If you make them compete, you will typically save somewhere between 30-40% of replacement costs. Good luck but BUYER BEWARE.

Team Enoch was fast to respond and schedule the installation. It was in July in Texas during the pandemic when my AC died and HVACs were on back order, but Team Enoch was able to quickly schedule and complete the installation without any issues. The team was professional and courteous, they showed up on time, and completed the job as promised, and cleaned up well after themselves. I did have some issues afterwards with the Google Nests they installed, but they returned my calls promptly and helped me shut off the self scheduling / smart features.

Team Enoch was excellent and would and have recommended to family and a friend. Had new AC installed in July and am very pleased about work and professionalism.

Team Enoch was great. When I put out the request on HomeAdvisor I already had some quotes from a couple local companies I had found elsewhere but wanted some more options. The owner of Team Enoch called me minutes after I put the request in (in the evening I might add) and was really informative and helpful answering questions. I received a prompt proposal from them with multiple system options and add on options. I actually went higher than I was expecting as it just seemed to make the most sense. Installation was a full day and when everything was done the house was cooling nice and fast on both floors. Now, we did have an issue where the upstairs system kept failing. They came out about four times total over a two month span to try to figure out the issue. During that time I had to manually reset the system probably a dozen times by pulling the breaker outside and letting the system restart. I wasn't thrilled about having my new system going down like that and it not being a quick fix. But here's the main point. I knew they were trying to figure out what was causing it and the customer service was pretty good the whole time. Finally at the end of about two months one of the techs who came out diagnosed the outside compressor motor as faulty and promptly replaced it. So far, that looks to have done the trick. The most important thing to realize is that sometimes things go wrong no matter how well the installation went. What differentiates a great company from a bad one is how they handle themselves during these issues. They didn't give up, they kept trying to figure out what was wrong, and I appreciated the effort and would highly recommend Team Enoch because of the way they handled this after installation issue.

They encounter some problems with the whole A/C unit I need to replace. I was glad the catch the problem and they come back next day with a New one . Easy to work with them. I highly recommend, great price& great service.
