This merely involved lighting a gas water heater. Time spent was 15 minutes and the charge was $75.

2 seconds at the garbage disposer is not worth paying $125.00

The were able to react quickly to a plumbing leak and get me sorted the same day. They did a good inspection, told me how the drainage system was set up and were able to scope the lines to determine whether there was a break in any of them. They then fixed the problem (bad wax ring) and get things working right very quickly. They even re-caulked the base of the toilet, something I was expecting to have to do myself.

The sevice man was on time, courteous and efficient. He completed the installation and it works perfectly. They gave me a bid and did not try to upcharge me for extra parts or labor. I am very satisfied.

It was a little higher in price than the quoted estimate.

Phillip called me with the quote for replacement of my water heater and it was the lowest of those that contacted me. We agreed on the time and , Juan, their tech, showed up on time. Juan was quick and thorough and explained what , if anything , is normal extra parts to replace. Very easy to work with and , if needed, will use this company again in the future
