Quick friendly good cost service. Would have preferred paying a little more for a better water heater. The person on the phone made it sound good (when it came, the energy cost on the unit ranged from 200 to 304 per year and the unit was rated around 300).

We had no hot water and no water at all in the master bathtub in our new (to us) house. I had talked with other plumbers and had one come over to see what the problem was. They all made guesses. They were all wrong. James from Enoch plumbing told me in less than 10 minutes what the problem was and he was right. Plumbing crossover and James was the only one to suspect it. And he got the water on in the master tub.
