The gentleman that came out was actually a pretty good guy however he made a mistake and drilled in the wrong room a quarter size hole in the way then fixed it and charge me for the hour to fix The mistake he made.. when I called to talk to the owner there was all kinds of excuses other then there sorry that he made a mistake and put a hole in my wall and that we won?t charge you for him fixing it but the worst part of all is the customer service they actually blame the builder who built my home which was two months ago that they built the home wrong they take no responsibility for the electrician and basically aren?t really worried about Customer?s because they have plenty of them
