The pro came in with mask, he went straight to work. With little information from me he knew exactly the problem. I wish I could remember his name but the repair was so quick no time for small talk. The pro left a description on the work and advised the invoice will be sent by email from office. I like that as it was considered a no contact visit. This company cares about it's consumers health and safety of it's employees. A plus, 10 stars.

I had them come out to add gas pipe, the first guy did it wrong and did not bleed the pipe so my stove was not lighting. The second guy did it right. No offer of discount or even an apology.

We had an old water heater that we could not turn off and leaked. Enoch was prompt with quote and service work plus even took the old unit for disposal ! Enoch also was good at communicating times and reminders. The only other thing that would have been nice is if there had been a promotion to use at the time of service ! We were very pleased and will keep Enochâ s number for any future needs within their scope of service.

I called on a Friday evening because we didn t have hot water for several days and they came out the very next morning to install 2 water heaters. The tech was on time, professional and install them quickly. I would recommend them to a friend

I was wanting a unit with a longer warranty than what they offered do my wife was able to run down the street and purchase the unit I wanted and they installed it for a reasonable price.
