I had to replace 2 faucets one in wash =room and the other in the bathroom. Isaac came from Enoch and completed his work in reasonable time and the work was awesome. I would certainly refer Enoch for any future work.

Team Enoch did excellent work and service in replacing my water heater. Very quick in responding and provided same day service. Juan did an excellent job and was very complete and thorough with the installation. Did a wonderful job insulating the pipes, reconfiguring the pipes and putting in a drain pipe for the pan. After completion, he explained about the water heater, temperature settings and the pilot and answered all my questions. Great work and service!! Highly recommended!!

Price and service were good. However their pricing method is not transparent. Enoch will ding you big time for small parts needed to install all water heaters. (Note: Enoch disclosed the potential for these charges in the fine print of their bid). For instance, Enoch replaced the water pan... it?s a $5 part at HD and they charged me $40! Same story with some flex tubing... It?s clearly a way to present competitive bid and ?sting? the customer at install... Enoch, just put it in the initial bid! I would have paid them on receipt of the bill but made them wait a few weeks because their pricing practices.

Take too long, did not bring everything with them. They will not give an estimate on how long it will take. Leaves to get supplies for an hour you pay $150 dollars for them not bringing all the supplies they need. Think about hiring them.

Very pleased with the job and the pro's work.

Enoch was able to do a same-day install at a competitive price, after I had been waiting 3 weeks for First American to resolve my issue.

Nice guys and we would use again. They did however leave a little bit of water on wood floor where hot water heater was with we had to clean up after they left. Otherwise OK.
