Problem is after over one month, Shayne Clardy never contacted us back. I sent an email and left a phone message weeks after our initial contact. Still no reply. Actions like this by contractors do not instill confidence that they are capable or trustworthy. Avoid Superior Renovations and Construction.

we contacted 3 different remodeling contractors and got three bids to do the work. Shayne (SRC) came to our home with ideas, measuring tools, photos of past projects, and was open to our ideas and input. We gave samples and sketches to each contractor and had them come back to us with bids. 1 did not come back at all, the other came back with a bid 1.5 times higher than Shayne. Neither of the other bidders gave us the comfort and ease that Shayne did. We felt he would respect our ideas and wants most of all. We were putting a pool in at the same time and Shayne and his crew had to work around that crew. Shayne and his crew used the products we requested, and were very helpful when we had questions. The construction was done expertly and anyone who visits our home for the first time cannot believe that our home was worked on. The siding and trim work matches perfect, the paint inside and out are flawless. The flooring is AMAZING. The roof and shingles flow flawlessly. Shayne also explained his construction methods and materials he would be using. We as engineers were impressed. We are extremely satisfied with Shayne and his crew. We had a small issue with our gas line running right through our back yard. Shayne's crew avoided the line while digging, but the line was accidently nicked when setting the main post and rebar. The gas company had to be called out to repair the leak, and Shayne (SRC) paid for the repairs. Things happen in construction, and Shayne and his crew did all they could to avoid the gas line. We are so satisfied with Shayne that we have called him in for our next project.
