Ed was upfront with pricing right from the start. His crew showed up on time and busted out a large concrete patio for me in half a day. Very Impressive. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Ed and SPS and Contracting to get the job done right.

Ed and his team worked did a large job for us that included adding a bedroom, media room & remodel of a bathroom. They were all very professional, kind, honest, and at no point did I feel worried about what work was being done. Completed work was done very well and even had follow-up to ensure we were fully happy. I simply cannot recommend Ed and his team enough for any home project that you may need assistance with.

I contacted SPS Contracting to get a quote on a reconstruction job of my garage, guest room and laundry area, the work will also include a bit of remodeling work in the kitchen and updating the living room. Mr. Ed came out the next morning and appeared to be very honest and knowledgeable. He even pitched wonderful ideas while we discuss the work which was very helpful. Later that evening Mr. Ed gave us a copy of the proposal and the deal was done. In contrast, the last (2) contractors that we requested for the quote took (2) weeks to give us their numbers. Mr. Ed and his crew began working on the job and they move swiftly, we appreciate that they ensure the place is clean and try minimizing the noise as much as they can as at that time, I am working from home. They always clean up after each workday, trash is removed and all tools were kept in one place, ready for the next day. The job was initially scheduled to be done in 3 weeks, but Mr. Ed and his crew kept pushing forward that they were able to finish 4 days early, and that includes all the change orders! My wife and I were impressed with Mr. Ed and his crew work ethics, they took great pride in their work and it showed! SPS Contracting is a great and easy company to work with. They are composed of great people that are very honest, respectful, and that takes great pride in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Ed and the SPS team did a great job on a tricky garage addition I needed. They poured the concrete slab in one day and even modified the dimensions on the fly to better fit my project. Ed and the team that built the addition then figured out that it was better to tie into my roof so I would have more height and storage space than I had thought. He suggested custom double doors within the budget and finished in the promised time. The guys were on time, considerate, cleaned up every day and worked hard. I will have them do more for me in the future!

SPS was just what we were looking for!!! My wife and I had two projects we wanted done, French Doors and a patio extension. We looked for the right contractor for over a year, interviewing what seemed to be countless companies. And we are really glad we did, the project planning and execution by SPS was spot on. Ed and his team were polite, on time, neat and highly skilled. Ed never pushed us outside our comfort-zone and helped us stick to the budget we discussed. Ed and his crew arrived on time every day and accommodated our schedule on a few days where we needed them to finish early. The whole team was great to work with! SPS more than doubled the size of our existing patio/porch and added electricity, lights, fans and a cover . We now have a great covered space for year round entertaining and relaxing and an open space to have a fire-pit during the cooler times of the year. They also installed french doors inside our home between the living room and the entryway to give some separations between the front of the house and the back of the house. the doors were installed beautifully and properly. We have had other doors installed at other homes and this is not a task for a beginner. Ed's team did and amazing job. The doors, and the patio/porch look like they were a part of the original construction. We have received countless compliments and have been asked for Ed's contact information numerous times after friends and family saw the quality of the work that was completed. Given that it took us over a year to find the right company to complete our renovations, we would not be able to recommend anyone that did not meet the standard we set for our selves, and we have and will continue to recommend Ed and his team to all our friends and family. We plan to use them again for future remodeling in and around our home. If you are looking for work to be done at your home, look no further.... SPS is who you need to call!!!

His company contracted a unlicensed Ac guy to disconnect my Ac and now I m going to have to pay a real ac company to fix it which will now cost me 700 more dollars, so in my opinion don t use him

I would hire SPS & Contracting again. The white trim is eye-popping! Before painting, they prepped the area with a water pressure & wire brush. Then, they primed the bare areas where needed, caulked, replaced rotten boards, and painted. And they figured out a safe way to get on the steep roof using a harness. Ed & his team got the job done in 1.5 days versus 3 days as quoted by everyone else. He offered me a discount after initially quoting the price, which made my decision easier. They speak English as well as Spanish.

Ed with SPS and Contracting was very responsive and the worked performed was conducted very professionally. Due to some weather issues was delayed, however kept us informed and got the doors installed when he said he would. Great Quality Work!
