The project went very well. I was told to expect 3-4 weeks of construction and the project was finished in about 4 weeks. It likely would have been done closer to three weeks however it rained almost every day during the first 10 days of construction. The owner, David Mills was very professional and responsive to issues and concerns as the project progressed. Overall I'm very satisfied with both the process and outcome of this project.
Description of Work: Southern Mills designed and built a covered patio, removed a back wall into the master bedroom and installed french doors and new windows and a flagstone patio.
