Price was ok, guaranteed work; soon rust began appearing, called and e-mailed Chris who said he be out the next day - never showed or called. Weeks later found his home listing and called, promised he'd be out the next day, he e-mailed change of time 2x then never showed nor contacted. Contacted my realtor who had recommended him. She, too, tried to get him to come out and assess the damage. I do not recommend using this company! Company also known as Spring Klein Fence Company. Has F rating on BBB.

I have been calling SK Fence for over a month to come fix the gate which is sticking and sometimes will not close. I have a pool and dog in my backyard plus this is also a security issue. They came out twice, once to inspect and once to repair; however, they failed to bring the materials needed to reset the post. I have called at least 30 times and I am continually put off. I even was told by the repair manager they could not continue to come out here to fix the gate even though on the trips they made they did not have the proper materials or fix the gate. The customer service is lousy and it is apparent they do not care about the quality of their work. They also do not care about the customer once they are paid. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I SHARED THIS EXPENSE WITH MY NEIGHBOR, RANDY VAN SICKLE. THE INSTALLER WORKED QUICKLY. IT WAS A QUALITY INSTALLATION.
