This company shows a complete lack of professionalism. There is too much competition out there for consumers to condone with companies like this.
Description of Work: I scheduled, a week in advance, an appointment at 9AM this morning to have my windows measured for shutters. I did receive a phone call confirming the appointment the day after I scheduled the appointment. Today is the day of the appointment. It is now 10AM and no one has shown up. I have not received a phone call from anyone either. I called their office at 9:20AM to ask why they were late and the answering service took my call back information and told me someone would be calling me ASAP. Again, it is now 10AM and I have heard from no one. I took today off from work just so I could be here. This is a complete waste of my time.

wrong company, we did not have the member on the schedule nor show her calling in. We record each one of our calls for customer service purposes and also receive reports of the numbers that call in a long with name and no such name has reached us.
