Description of Work: we had a leak and other contractors could not fix or figure out the leak source.

Description of Work: Shamrock fixed several leaks on our roof. Checked to make sure we did not have any loose shingles.

Description of Work: Repaired roof, did drywall repair and painting, Quality of work was excellent, done in professional manner, and on schedule, and for a good price. Highly recommend them. Would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Description of Work: We developed a small leak in our garage. I called another roofing company first, and they said they would be out and then never showed. Twice. We called Shamrock and they came right out. The owner was very nice, inspected the roof and said that he saw hail damage and we should file an insurance claim. We did. Our insurance adjuster did not agree that we needed a new roof for the leak in our garage. So we asked Shamrock to give us a price to repair the leak. They gave us a price for a new roof. I think the price is good, and I'm sure the roof would be excellent and it comes with an excellent guarantee. But I don't need a new roof at this point. I have one small leak, that I need to get fixed. Shamrock was not interested in fixing my leak, only selling me a new roof. So if you want/need a new roof, give them a call. But they were not interested in doing my small repair. I did not use them, as all they wanted to do is to put a tarp on my roof and charge me $300 for that. So I will be looking for my third roofing company to try and get this fixed.
