Right Fence Company

They were nice and kind, our forelady was very kind and sweet. The crew is quick, clean, and proficient. The final product was about the best quality one could get. The price was the lowest of all the other bids. The only issue we had was my neighbor was wanting to do some extra work on his side of the property line and he called the main office about a month before our service date to discuss it with Right Fence Company, but they never responded. In fact he made several attempts and left at least a couple of Voice Mails, but never got a response. When the crew showed up, he attempted to talk to them, but they stated they would not do any additional work. He finally got in contact with he main office that day, but stated the office manager wouldn't talk to him other than to say they would only do the work listed on the contract. I can understand limiting the work to what was listed on the service day, but not calling him back during the month leading up to it seemed unprofessional and a lack of quality customer service. Even though the work he was asking for was just about 5 feet of fencing, it was connected to the over 100 foot of fencing listed in the original contract. They must have also known that I would want to help make my neighbors as happy as possible given the shared cost of the fence. This should have made the Right Fence company see my neighbor as a paying customer just the same as me. It seemed as though their lack of attention to my neighbor cost them a few dollars and lost him as a customer for sure. Nonetheless, the crew did do a wonderful job and I am happy with their work.

This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with the "Right Fence Co." Brandon from the company, who is a very nice person, came by and gave me an estimate. I signed the agreement and contract for that estimate and job. The office at Right Fence Co. told me that the soonest they could do the work was about a month away. I was disappointed but since I thought they could do a good job I decided to wait. The day before the job was to happen a gas line inspector came by to mark the position of the existing gas line. I was never told that this would happen but if it was necessary for safety I understood why it had to be done. Unfortunately the gas line ran just where the gate work was to be done. The next day when Brandon arrived to do the work, we decided that it wouldn't be safe to proceed. We discussed our options and came up with a few that might work. Brandon told me he would give me a new estimate in a few days. I called him and gave him another idea I had regarding this job. He agreed that it was a good one and that the new estimate would be sent to me shortly. I waited and waited and waited. The estimate never arrived. Brandon did not call. I finally reached out to the company and at last he called me back. His explanation was that the company was so busy that they couldn't squeeze my small job into their schedule. Maybe they could get to it but he didn't know when. He suggested that I should look around for another company to do the work. This was after waiting almost 2 months to get my gate repaired. I still had no new estimate and my gate was still broken. I told him that their unprofessional attitude toward what was obviously a job that they probably considered too small to waste much time had been a waste of my time. I explained that given these circumstances they should make my job a priority and get it done within a week. Brandon told me that that wasn't possible. So much for good customer relations. Maybe they handle big jobs well but if you have a small or medium sized job go elsewhere. Their word is not good, their promise was not kept. I've waited almost 3 months now to get this small job done. Being an "A" lister on Angie's List doesn't seem to mean very much anymore.

Perfect. Fence was down and a new one up within a few hours. They did a fantastic job.

I originally went with this company because of the work they did for a neighbor, and was more than satisfied with the work they did for me. Because of the quality and cost of work at my home another neighbor has also used this company.

Brandon and Lacey were very professional. They answered questions about "how" to go about getting permits and inspections for The Woodlands Townships. They also worked with all 6 neighbors for "shared fence" pricing. Their crew had all 6 adjoining neighbors fences complete in 3 days total. Would highly recommend them for any fencing need in the future.

They tore down our very old fence and hauled it away. They put up a beautiful new Cedar fence!! They were very quick and very courteous! We have a very large yard and the price was the best out of the four bids we received. I highly suggest this company

It was wonderful. They were prompt, they explained everything that we needed to know, they gave us a manual, they gave us their phone number and they did a great job. They were very polite, courteous and overall it was a great experience.
