+ -1 moreMr. Sanderson responded to my request with-in a couple of hours and was quick to respond to any questions I had regarding the bid. His bid is inline with other companies but I ended up selecting another contractor primarily based on technical choices of equipment between the companies. (for example, I liked the concept of Liquid Bleach Chlorinaters vice granular chlorine). While I am sure he would adjust where possible, I elected the company who used that equipment in their initial bid. Otherwise, I would have happily have selected Reliable Vacuum Services.
