+ -1 moreThe cleaning was not performed and was brought to the attention of the Management.. Even though they were having problems with the employee performing the supposed cleaning they still sided with the employee. This employee has lied and did not do the cleaning that he was supposed to have done. I would recommend you save you money and work with another provider.

Description of Work: R Pools, has been very knowledgeable and prompt while servicing my pool for several years now. On labor day, my pool pump went out and I had family over for the week. I called R Pools hoping they would be able to come out on such short notice and on a holiday. To my luck they were working and I was able to have a person come out and fix the problem for me. Their service was exceptional:) I highly recommend them!

+ -1 moreDidnt go well after calling his boss and explaining what had transpired, i was basically told that was not possible. His employee had been with him for over 5 years and had never had a bad report placed against him. He would not do that as he is very thourogh about his job. I then explained that i was sitting in my office when it had happened and witnessed it with my own 2 eyes. He said well I dont hardly believe it. So because of this reaction they are no longer working for us any more.
Description of Work: We just recently bought a house and when we took possession we figured we would continue using the same pool company that the previous owners had used for 10 years. I met with them and told them to keep doing the job. Well after several weeks of cleaning I just happened to be home one day, but there was no vehicles so the pool tech didn't know i wasn't home. I was in the office and heard him come through the gate, so i watched from my office as he cleaned the pool. He skimmed the top of the trash off the water, emptied the skimmer baskets, tested the water, dropped a few chlorine tablets in the water, dump some powder int he skimmer basket, and packed his stuff up and left. So I called his boss and asked why he did not brush the sides of the pool, vacuum the bottom, pick up the pool cleaner and make sure it was , go around behind the garage and check out the pool equipment and empty the pump skimmer basket?

+ -1 moreDid not go well. Although they were professional, the on-site personnel did not seem to have the experience and care required to do their job. During their work, they ruined the pool equipment. Although, they were responsive and replaced the equipment, it took a few weeks for them to diagnose a simple problem, order the parts and resolve it.
Description of Work: Started weekly service on our pool for a few week then were fired.

Description of Work: We've used them for years. They clean our pool and they do routine maintenance. They clean our filters and do back wash which is an extra charge.
