Pool turned out great, but scope of job was not done to satisfaction. Sandblasted after pool was finished and left owner to clean out. Filter was caked with cement/plaster due to their not cleaning timely. I would not recommend them to anyone. No response, no communication to customer. They need to learn how to run a business

I use Pool Knights for weekly cleaning, chemical check, and maintenance. I have used them for a year now. Very nice guys with a very quick response time. Highly recommended.

Pool Knights is awesome! Tim came to my rescue after a really lousy experience with a couple unprofessional pool service contractors. He is prompt, courteous, and really fun to visit with. My pool stays beautiful and clean, and I'm provided with a weekly service report stating services rendered and current chemical levels, including those added to keep my levels normal. I used to purposely leave leaves and such in my pool so I could judge whether my last technicians had come. 90% of the time, my pool remained as I had left it, yet I was still charged for service calls. I never worry about that with Pool Knights. They come, rain or shine, to see that my pool is given the proper care. They even leave a "Sorry we missed you..." note on my back patio if I'm not home to greet them. I am well beyond pleased with the service I receive and have recommended them to those interested in building a pool

Awesome!!!! Wonderful!!! I have had 5 pool companies and never had the quality and honesty of this pool service company. He does excellent work. My previous pool service don't even come close. He never tried to up-charge me or push new equipment. Best pool guy I have ever had! He really knows his stuff. I trust this guy without reservation. I just hope he doesn't get swamped from my review.
