I met Peter when I was relatively new to Houston and did not know much about what were considered good areas to buy a house. Previous reviews reflected well when I was searching and I gave it a go because I was ready to get my first home. I was not prepared for the sincere level of professionalism that he brought to the table. I’ve known other realtors and heard stories from others, but Peter did not fit the mold of realtors out to just get you a “house” and move on, he was there to make sure you got a “home”. Being new to the whole process, Peter patiently walked me through every painstaking detail and every question I asked of him. On top of that, he gave me unbiased opinions of each and every home we viewed to enhance my decision of things I didn’t know to look for, but didn’t pressure me in any way; it was all my pace and the market. I took the plunge and bought an awesome home with extreme peace of mind and Peter present all the way to signing the paperwork. Now many years later I found myself needing to sell my home. You can guess who I called. Now I was blown away by an even greater level of polish for the sale process, not that he wasn’t doing a great job before, but he noticeably improved himself in just a few short years (keep in mind he still had over 15 years before). The sale was effortless, and the photography he did made my house look far more stunning than it was; in my opinion. My house sold the same weekend it went up for above asking price. Every possible good story you’ve heard of realtors could realistically be bottled up into one person, and that would be Peter Royster. No lying…call the guy and see.

Pete and Vicky are an A+ Realtor team. They were expedient in responding to our needs, had good suggestions on preparing the house for sale and listed the house at a profitable cost that sold the house quick but maintained a nice profit margin. Royster Real Estate Group helped us find service companies to make a few repairs to meet negotiations with the buyer. House sold quickly and for top dollar thanks to Peter's cost effective suggestions to upgrade areas of the home. He kept in touch on regular basis and made the entire process smooth and easy. There aren't enough good things that I can say about Peter. I know that if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have been able to finalize the purchase of my home. He went above and beyond for me. I was always kept in the loop and Peter always had my best interest in mind. Peter is extremely professional and genuinely cares for his clients. Whether you list or buy a home, he is educated in both areas. He is a great photographer and takes pride in making sure that your home looks its best to get the highest offer. He knows how to create the perfect story for a listing which makes his marketing top notch. I am a lender and have worked with Peter on numerous real estate transactions. He has always educated himself in the Luxury Market. If you have a luxury home, you want Peter listing it as he has spent hours learning the best way to market a high end home. When I send a preapproval letter, he normally has a contract within a week or two. He knows how to find what you want as a buyer and knows how to negotiate a contract on both sides. Peter is truly one of the best Real Estate agents that I have ever worked with. I highly recommend him!
