Called Roy at about 8 am and he was able to make it out the same day. Very professional, arrived at the agreed upon time and got right to work. Extremely knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and possible future things that might need to be done. Would recommend him to anyone.

Would use this provider again. He looked at the doors and quickly accessed what was wrong with the units/doors. After determining the problem, he fixed the doors by adding a strut and other items in a very timely manner. He was very professional and I found that he really cares about the quality of work that he does for others. I will use him in the future and would recommend him to others.

The initial week or two timeframe for the work to be completed came and went. When confronted with our concerns about the delay, the provider came up with a sob story about business being slow and Christmas presents that needed to be purchased. We agreed to delay the installation until after Christmas. When we contacted the provider in January 2013, we were told that our new rollers were on his truck and that he would be by our house within a day or two. Perry Garage Doors were again a no-show. We are good about follow up calls, and made 30 plus telephone calls the the numbers listed above. Our actions have met with no success. No work has been performed, no refund has been received, and no further contact has been attempted by Perry Garage Doors. In fact, Perry will no longer take our calls- even when we call the emergency telephone number. I will avoid doing business with Perry in the future and my recommendation is for other Angie's List members to do the same.

Roy was quick to respond with a quote and was flexible in working around my schedule to set an appointment. He arrived on-time and set to work quickly. All-in-all, I'm very pleased with the work and the service provided. Would highly recommend!

My garage door was getting noisy so I thought it was time for a tune-up. Perry's Garage Doors of Humble came out to the home the very next day after my initial call. Upon inspection of the garage door I was given a good education on how and why my door was acting up. The metal rollers were old and needed replacing. He demonstrated the difference between the old rollers and the new nylon rollers. It was also explained to me that my old single spring on the door was worn and needed replacing. He also added a second spring to make the lifting of the door much easier for the opener. Great service, great explanation of why the work was needed and the price right. My garage is now, believe it or not, very quiet and works great. I highly recommend this company.

I thought I needed a new Garage Door, it hasn't worked in a long time. I used Angie's list using a coupon for Garage Door Tuneup. I was very pleased with the service.

. Overall everything went well . The garage door would not open . I called him on Saturday and he told me that he was booked up. He did asked me if my car was in the garage, and if it was he would stop and come over to get the car out. I told him that my car was not in the garage. I would wait until he could come over. Well Roy came over Monday just like he said . He fixed my garage door which I was very satisfied. Roy explained to me that my garage door was over twenty years old. I know that I need to update my door. Whenever i decide to update my garage doors; I will truly be calling on Perry Garage Doors. I hope that I can get Roy back.

Roy with Perry Garage door called me within 24 hours and we set up an appointment. He arrived on time and worked on the motor and the garage door. He was very polite, knew what he was doing, and did some extra work which was an additional 50.00. I would recommend Roy to anyone needing work and/or replacement of the garage doors. He is honest and forthright, traits that are hard to find these days! Thank you Roy!

Garage door would not open. Called Perry Garage Doors at 11:00 am, they arrived at 12:30 pm same day. Work completed at 1:30.

My door was hanging off the tracks and was a total mess. They showed up on time and after a quick inspection, promptly repaired the damaged parts.Its been smooth and reliable.

Ron was very prompt, efficient and professional. Old doors were taken down in about 30 minutes; new doors were installed and tested over next 1 1/2 hours. Ron provided me with suggestions and options to extend the life of the doors and parts which was really appreciated (I upgraded the brackets and rollers for an additional $100). Clean up/haul away was very thorough. I will Ron again for any routine maintenance issues I have and if I need to replace a motor, Ron will be my first call.

My garage door was jammed and would not open. I purchased the $95 coupon and called Roy to make an appointment. We described to him what was happening with the door and he knew immediately what the problem was. He advised us that we were going to have to pay more because springs were not included in the coupon. Rob came out the same day in less than 30 minutes and replaced the springs and checked out all the other parts to the garage door. He did a great job and was extremely kind and honest. I will definitely be using his services in the future.

Perry Garage Doors did a terrific job installing the units and I would not hesitate to recommend Roy and his crew to my friends and co-workers. The units went in quickly and Roy spent a little time with me talking me thru the features of my new motors. Helped me set up my keyless entry and explained all the extra advanced features of my new units.

He came out on a Saturday morning and repaired the garage door in a house I just bought. Very quick, and it's working fine. He was very nice, told me what I would need in the future (which I expected) without being pushy. I'll definitely call again when it's time to do the whole job. A spring broke in my garage door which I was going to replace myself until I found it is difficult to buy good springs now as most places have stopped selling due to liability. I decided to have someone install them rather than wait on springs to be shipped to me. I know how to do this so I knew what I wanted. I contacted several companies for estimates and was not too happy with what was going to be supplied and/or the prices. I contacted Roy at Perry Garage Doors. He willing matched the lowest estimate (which was not that much more than good springs I had priced online) and made an appointment for the next morning. He called before he came, showed up on time and installed a much higher quality spring that what his competitors had proposed. Not only was the job totally professional and more than I expected but he finished in about a half hour. Amazingly good job from first contact to goodbye!

Roy Jackson arrived at my property on time and with a very positive outlook on fixing my garage doors. Based on the conversation the prior day he was also prepared to fix the rotted wood frame around my garage. Within a few hours my springs were in place, doors were back in tact, rotted wood was removed and new wood up. He replaced 2 of the damaged sensors and also had a remote available that he programed for me. I'm so thankful for the time and patience that was shown!!
