Perry Garage Doors

It was a great experience. I called last night for emergency service, as i thought my door was about to come down, but he explained my door should be ok until the morning. His earlier jobs in the morning had him running a little late, but that was ok, i had stuff to keep me busy. Once He explained my options and pricing and was able to fix the door in about 45 mins. It runs like new and mechanically sound. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends in the area.

Service was excellent. Roy explained everything he was gong to do and gave us a cost before he started the work. This is the second time we have used Perry Garage Door and we will definitely call them again. They are prompt returning calls and show up when they say they will show up. They are a real pleasure to work with..

Our garage door broke on a Friday before a holiday weekend, so I was not optimistic about getting someone out for an emergency repair. However, Perry Garage Doors really came through for us. Roy was already in the area finishing up another job, so he was able to arrive within fifteen minutes. He replaced the broken springs and suggested a couple of minor repairs which I okayed to improve the functioning of our twenty five year old door. The service was lightning fast, the price was terrific, and best of all, our old, noisy, bowed door is now as good as new and opens/closes so easily and quietly! I would definitely recommend this company.

Perry was one of the best companies I have found on Angie's List. He was fast, kind, and inexpensive. I will be using in the future for all my garage door issues and needs.

Ended up doing the work myself(hurt my back), paid $110 for a unit that he told me wouldn't work because it was too long...it works great!

Roy made the trip to Magnolia on time. Very nice and professional man. He went right to work on the barn doors and about 45 minutes later he was done. He came and got me to check out the new rollers. Awesome sums it up. Price was right. The fact that he checked my home garage doors as a courtesy was a nice perk. We definitely will call Perry Garage Doors again. Thanks Roy!

Called about my issue and he stated he would be able to come in an hour and replace the system. He arrived on time and performed the whole installation within an hour. Very personable person and was very professional and knowledgeable about his profession. I recommend Perry Garage Doors to anyone looking for help or installation with their garage door needs.

I called Perry Doors Saturday morning. He said he could come out that day but I preferred Monday morning, so he came out then. Was in & out in less than 20 minutes! He knew exactly what he was doing and had no trouble repairing my door. Very nice gentlemen, will def use in the future and recommend to everyone.

Roy was very punctual and completed the installation in a very timely manner. He came out to my home and did such a wonderful job installing springs and doing maintenance on my door that I had him come out to my place of business and had him install an opener. I really appreciated his quick responsiveness. He was very cost efficient as well. I will refer him to my business associates, friends, and neighbors.

Roy was very professional. He was very punctual. Roy called me to let me know that he would arrive at my home at 9:45 a.m. and he arrived at least 10 minutes early. He thoroughly explained every step he took to make the repairs and installations. He was very courteous. I will definitely use Perry Garage Doors again and refer them to my neighbors and friends.

Roy did EXACTLY what he said he would do and then some with the replacement if the door and opener. I would use and recommend Perry Garage Doors of Humble anytime!!!!

Initially, Perry's Garage Doors did well. We had used them in the past and trusted them. They came out and reset our door and replaced the door spring.......it all went down hill from there. We were told they would be out in 1-2 days to repair the garage door opener track. After 4 days we called back, and they said they had "forgotten" about their follow up work. They then told us they would definitely have it done the next day. Another day later, we called and they said they had to find a part for our opener. No word or call for several more days. Again another call, another reassurance they would be out the next day. Finally, we contacted them again yesterday. They replied by text that the repairman had a sore throat and couldn't talk, which led to me requesting our advance service money to be refunded and starting searching for a different service company. Absolute frustration with an utter lack of communication from Perry Garage Doors. Two weeks later and still no work on our door......thanks guys!

They were fast to respond, came right out, gave a fair price and did the work. We were very pleased

I felt that Roy was honest anf tried to recommend the lowest cost approach whenever possible. He was punctual and professional. Exactly what you are looking for in a garage door repair service. Would highly recommend.

I called they arrived as promised and installed two new Chamberlin garage door openers new state of the art. There work was good. Both openers have motion sensors that turn on the lights when motion occurs and these lights then go off. LIght also go on when doors are activated. One of the openers lights would never turn off unless you deactivated the motion sensor. After contacting Perry he suggested I unplug the unit run it on battery and a number of other things none of which solved the problem. I called back a couple of times but this was never addressed so now I have one that has a working motion sensor and one that does not. Otherwise they work fine. Due to their failure to address the problem is why I would not reccommend them to others.

I am very pleased with not only the work that was performed but the experience of having a very personable professional to work with. Truly an enjoyable (yes, enjoyable) experience. The owner, Ray, was very thorough in his expalnation of the diagnosis and very honest with was needed at this time and what will probably need to be done in the future. I could not asked for better. He was very accomodating to my questions. I pray to work with him again for more custom work once we are blessed to begin building and move into our new home. Thanks Ray for your professionalism, honesty, and pleasant demeanor. Just this afternoon (within 2 hours of my garage door being repaired) I have already proudly recommend Perry's to 3 of my neighbors as I suspect they may be needing similar service some time in the not too distant future since all of our homes are around the same age. Customer service doesn't get much better than this! Both garage doors have been reworked to last another 25 years without the cost of replacing the whole doors. The cost was fair and the technician was excellent. I would highly recommend Perry Garage Doors.

He was very prompt and efficient. I don't have a way to judge the cost since I have never had to have this repair done before.

Initially, Perry's came out to repair my single garage door. While here, he detected problems with my double garage door. All was repaired nicely. The following day the double garage door caught on a vehicle that wasn't clear of door and Perry's came out to repair with practically no charge. We were happy with results .

Called Perry's Garage Doors at 8:30am in the morning after being unable to open my garage without very strong manual force. He knew exactly what the problem was and said he could be there in a few hours. He called when he was on his way and arrived at 11:30am. Everything was installed and working smoothly shortly thereafter. Fast and professional. Great experience.

I expected to have to replace both garage doors or at the very least replace the top panels of both doors. However, both doors were repaired and look and work great. Roy was very professional and advised me of all options to consider regarding repair and future work that may need to be done due to the age of my garage doors and openers. It cost much less than I expected and the work was completed in less than 45 minutes. I am very please with the job done.
